Baskin Robbins Mt Lawley

Really great service, waffle cones were fresh & crispy. Its the small things that stand out here.

My hubby and my sister in law and I came here on 9th Jan in the evening and the service was excellent. We were served by a young lady and young man. They were both really lovely and pleasant (my hubby and sister in law were also talking about how nice they were) hence I'm here giving this review. The ice cream was of course good too!

Nearly forgot to mention, we went to another Baskin-Robbins branch and the service was not good. The attendants were definitely not happy to be working there and we didn't feel welcomed.

The ice cream was delicious. The service was good. There was plenty of seating available and the area was clean. There was a variety of flavours to choose from. A good place for a late night dessert.

There was one cashier who was so lovely and gave me a great experience at baskin robbins, i’ve seen him for a while and he makes this place my safe haven.his name is daniel oatham and i genuinely believe he should get a pay raise or a special mention.he’s also quite cute as well

I mean it’s nice ice cream but, this time I ordered via Menulog, the size of the serving was much smaller than last time. Really disappointing. A kind of medium sized scoop on top of two small sized scoops is a slap in the face. Come on guys, up your game. $17 and that’s what I got? Yikes!

EDIT: In response to the reply, the order was a large classic sundae via Menulog on the 01/07/21 at around 6pm. I appreciate the reach out!

You order for a delivery. They excepted your order you pay. Then you wait and wait and wait. So you ring them and they tell you they can’t fill your order. But unless you ring them they will let you wait forever. 0 out 5 from me

Small and very limited seating, parking is a nightmare at best of time. We ordered an ice cream birthday cake for our little one. Everything was good in order, decoration was slightly damage. Packaging could be a bit better design. Apart from that very good tasting; not overly sweet.

Another year and another cake for my 6th years old. Despite the mishap with early payment, the staff was very pleasant and everything went to plan. Thank you Baskin Robbins.

Favourite place to get icecream! Really good service ️ had to go 2 days in a row because im obsessed with the chocolate trilogy!

It is what it is. Cream, sugar, flavours make up what is the worlds favourite dessert. So why not drop in to this Mt Lawley one and have a cone of your fav flavour.

Mount lawely branch is fabulous today I take my son birthday cake it's very yummy and given theam it's also very well decorated thankx alot you guys did fabulous job

Ice ceam is always good your saff working tonight is rude do not know how to speak to customers please teach your staff how to speak to customers in a proper manner.

Love the ice cream, but not super excited but how much I get in the take away tub - barely 2/3 full.

The older man working has shocking customer skills. He is constantly walking throughout the store eating and never acknowledges customers. Apart from that, ice cream is pricey but flavoursome.

I called to ask what cakes they had in stock & the girl that answered the phone told me to come in & have a look? I asked if she could just tell me on the phone before I came in, she seemed very bothered to go to the fridge. She told me which cakes they had & I asked I will come in & pick it up before dinner. I then said "Thank you for your help" she then hung up without saying "you're welcome" or "Goodbye" very rude customer service. Looking forward to coming in to pick up my cake tonight.

Only place on the strip to get a real dairy ice-cream. Generally fairly quite so no major waiting
