10I arrived at the establishment 10 minutes to its closing time and it was closed fully. As staff watched from inside the building, very disappointed and would not recommend.
The smallest most pathetic scoops - waste of money. Next time we will be going to the gelato place instead #ripoff
The variety of flavors and mix-ins is good, the quality of the ice cream itself is average. The prices are a bit high compared to other ice cream shops in the area. It's a decent option for a sweet treat, but there are other places in the area that may offer a better value for your money.
I am so happy that Elizabeth Quay has Baskin-Robbins as well as gelato gusto.

Allergy awareness
Great to find an ice cream shop catering to allergy people. Egg free and milk free (= vegan), is available in every store.
We are a family of egg anaphylactics and dairy intolerance. Keep up the good work.
I would rate 0 stars if possible as not only did they rip me off but didn't want to give my kids icecream even though all of it was already paid for and the fact they wanted to charge me extra $$$ was beyond absurd! The girls on shift clearly trying to make some money on the side or something.paid for 2 and was told I would only get 1 than barley later after like 10minutes they decided to give my kids the second icecream. But not before demanding i pay them $6 extra than they said $2 after i was about to leave.than after like 15-20minutes they said it was resolved. They didn't want to serve other customers who were clearly also waiting and becoming very impatient until i had paid them the extra money.
Also the quantity or serving scoop was tiny and all melted.disappointing.
Looks very bad on Baskin Robbins and possibly won't shop there again for icecream as they are just scammmers.
Beware people when buying from here or if you have a voucher.
Told us we could not get the chocolate brownie sundae because they were going to close in 7 minutes so he was forcing us to have a 1x scoop of ice cream instead because they had to start to cleaning… great business staff u got mate
This is a really good franchise of Baskin-Robbins, it was so nice to have our waffle cones made fresh for us.
Baskin-Robbins the name said it all best icecream in the world so many flours to choose from.
Love coming here, the people who serve me are always so very lovely. Sometimes I go there simply to get a warm smile from them. Plus who doesn't love icecream!
