The store is not large and feels cluttered.
The staff is friendly.
Because there are so many people, it can be noisy to eat slowly and savor.

Had a lovely young lady serve me and everything was great until I was at the checkout. I wanted to use my entertainment book to grab the cones, but the older Indian lady (must be the owner) comes out of nowhere and rudely interrupts us and told me I can’t use entertainment book voucher because I got a different cone. I’ve been using entertainment book and coming to baskin robins for years. Never had an issue until today. Funny because my wife was just here at this exact same store with her family 2 weeks ago, and used the voucher just fine with exactly what I ordered.

I tried to talk to the rude lady and got cut off straight away, and she would not let me talk. The poor young lady even got a lecture from the Indian lady after she tried to help me. Unbelievably poor service.

I hope the bad review, and a never returning customer is worth you scamming me $7…

So, a few days ago I rang to see if this store had Choc Chip flavour - turns out they do but the amazing person I spoke to told me they had removed the sugar from it so to just be aware of that which I thought was fantastic because most employees wouldn’t let you know.
Anyway, tonight I was celebrating a promotion & wanted to order via Uber Eats - they didn’t have Choc Chip so again I rang the store & spoke the same amazing girl I did the other day who informed me that they had the Choc chip & it was back to the original flavour! She said if I just put in the notes that I wanted Choc chip she would change it for me. Then I proceeded to tell her I wanted a s**tload of flake as well because I like to mix it in - she said she was more than happy to do that for me even after I requested it be put in a seperate tub! My order arrived really quickly, I got 3 tubs of flake & a lovely note attached to my ice cream! I absolutely love you this store & tomorrow will find out the girls name because she is an absolute legend! Definitely recommend this store! What an amazing thing she did even though it was small it meant a lot after a terrible week! The mama her should give her a pay rise or award or bonus because she was just fabulous to deal with!

An army of thieves! Just been ripped off there I could have done terrible experience there. The girl doesn't know how to do the customer service I never come back It was happen on Saturday

Have always had good icecream and service has been very good and helpfull everytime we have been.

Only 677g for take home package regular one. I can't believe they gave me less than the showed weight in menu, and this weight still includes the weight of the package.

It's great food great place but I ordered a waffle cone and a cup but I had to pay extra for the cone and didn't receive the cone in the delivery. I also asked for utensils and didn't get any

Paid for a cone and received one that wasn't rolled properly and didn't even have the sprinkles properly on the top. They ended half way and the cone was only half the size of a regular cone.

I love baskinrobbins and visited this place many time but last Wednesday one was terrible.
I ordered regular size home pack which is supposed to be 680g in total weight. As you see I got only 600g and they took so long time to take the ice cream out, almost melted Ice cream and package with dirty surface…. (That ice cream inside of photo is freeze again 2 hours inside freezer) I should find another place for Ice cream. Luckily There are plenty of ice cream shop at victoria park.
By the way, I am writing this review because the baskinrobbins customer service doesn’t answer my email.

Noice, only critique is that I asked for no toppings and was given nuts. I didn’t know nuts were an option, and I would have said yes if I knew, but like, what if I was allergic? Bro, you can’t do that. But it’s really good still. But bro you can’t just nut someone without consent. Really good.

Plenty of flavours but a little disappointed. My friend was told they had run out of cones and we would have to have cups. We sat and ate our icecream in the shop and watched half a dozen customers purchase CONES. Dunno why. Thought it was wierd.

The service here is a waste of even single star.
I tried to use a voucher, but the lady who looks like a boss was very unkind, rude and I felt very uncomfortable.
Eventually, I couldn't use a voucher and bought a $50 worth of ice cream cake, and I asked for a some cups to share with four spoons, but she said she could only give me two spoons, very unpleasantly.
I ended up getting only two spoons.
The service was very poor and I don't want to visit here again.

This is the second time I have had a horrible experience at this store. The owner does not care about his customers, only about making money. I had a voucher for 2 free scoops that had NO expiry date and the owner refused to give it to me even though it was CLEARLY on the basin Robbins voucher. NEVER will I ever come to this store again, I was treated so poorly.

The person at the counter was amazing with providing help with custom cakes and orders and supplying allergy information. Very happy with the service:) Also the icecreams are very delicious!

Was just about to pay for 7 reg waffle cones ice creams in Vic Park when a gentlemen who was waiting in line ahead of us paid for everyones order then dissappeared quickly outside before he being noticed. To the kind gentleman. You have not only brought a tear to our eyes, but you have restored our faith in humanity and will definatley pay it forward!

Could use an upgrade. The ice cream is okay but nothing special. Although I would go there more often if it was more like a cafe. Yes there are sitting areas but I don’t want to watch people queue for ice cream while I try to enjoy my ice cream.

While browsing the internet for cake shops and ice cream, I thought of getting an ice cream cake. Most shops would be closed past 5pm.but Baskin Robbins came to our rescue! Hokey Pokey is the name of this roller coaster of an ice cream cake. Absolutely enjoyed the little cornettoes on the top and the caramel splashed centre. Totally recommend it.

Staff always welcome with smily face. Got so many options to choose from. Definitely will come back again

Love the ice cream but the man is always on the phone. I walked in and waited by the counter with my card out and he still hadn't served me after a couple of minutes. I ended up going to Tutti Frutti who served me straight away.
