Baskin Robbins

Had poor experiences with other Baskin Robins shops before. Came in here on a Friday afternoon, and boy was I shocked. Customer service was incredibly good. The young man created great conversation and provided great service throughout. I would strongly recommend that you go here for a good ice cream.

Don’t recommend at all. Had the Hokey Pokey and was one of the worst ice creams I’ve ever had and the waffle cone despite supposedly fresh didn’t taste like it was and had some cinnamon flavour. After eating it all had a strange after taste: (was a waste of $7

Jess, do you not realise the trouble you could be starting with your 'personal letters'? Unfortunately, for 10yrs of my life, I was with a man that constantly cheated on me and that has made it hard to fully trust men. Even though I am with an absolutely fantastic and supportive man that I know is not the cheating type, seeing a letter written to him from a girl that seems personal and ends with 'Love Jess from BR xx', instantly sends me into my past and I am haunted with feelings of distrust! Jess, please just think about what you are writing on these letters and please think about the serious trouble you could actually cause a woman in a domestic violence relationship bcoz really you could get someone very hurt or even killed!

Ordered a thickshake. It is flat out milk, not thick in anyway. Went back in to ask for a thickshake because it is a milkshake. Told us that is the recipe and nothing they can do. Didn't even look into the cup. Basically blew me off.
It is not a thickshake, paid for a thickshake, got a milkshake, and they didn't fix it.

I have come into the store the last few Thursday nights and received a great line of customer service, particularly by a young girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. I am pretty indecisive when it comes to ice cream and she was very informative and helped me to find an ice cream flavour that was suited to me- not to mention my ice cream was perfectly scooped. Great job BR!

To Jess at BR Applecross - I've been at home with Covid and all I can stomach is your choc chip cookie dough thickshakes - hence the 2 doordash deliveries in the past 2 days - and your beautiful, thoughtful notes are just too much? Honestly, when I've been feeling so low it has been the highlight of my day receiving these orders from you! Got some yummy ice cream today. Young girl who served us tonight (21/03) was really friendly and fast.

Got three different milkshakes today and all tasted the same. The taste of sugar syrup was over powering, seemed as if 1/2 a scoop of ice cream was added into a lot of milk. Last week I picked up exactly the same flavoured milkshakes and those tasted times better, hence I went back. I called and spoked to the lady and all I got was next time you can ask for more ice cream. Giving 1 star which I believe is still too much to give.

Straight up bad service, looked like the girl would rather be in hell then behind the counter, ice cream looked freezer burnt and dry, took my money elsewhere

We went with a large family to get some ice cream on a Saturday evening, and were totally blown away with the brilliant service. Thank you Remy for helping us with the kids and being so brilliant! Someone give this girl a raise!

I been there 3years ago & had a bad experience. I thought they must have improved by now! But noouu.the staff doesnt understand how to make a proper thick shake or how to communicate with a customer.she wasn't presentable & well dressed.nor good expressions.the whole place was like a cheap lunch bar.full of dirty tissues & messy table OMG what a nightmare on the name of famous brand? Dear owners put some efforts & train your staff apart of making money.

On Saturday night I took my 4yr niece to get ice cream. The lovely girl serving us with so patient while my niece made an ice cream decision. My chocolate and peanut butter ice cream was delicious!

As we left and went out to the car park my niece unexpectedly started throwing up. She hadn’t mentioned she was feeling sick.what child wants to admit to that when ice cream is on offer!

I went back into the store, explained what had happened and to the two staff and asked for a bucket of water. Both staff were so compassionate and a credit to the store. The girl who originally served us said she will bring the bucket out and proceeded to try and wash the vomit away. At this stage my niece was crying for her mum, shivering and very embarrassed about leaving a mess as she like everything being clean. The staff member invited us back inside (she had stopped vomiting), offered her jacket and water. The second staff member helped as much as she could from behind the counter, offering serviettes and any water to help her.

Honestly the compassion and assistance by both staff members made me feel supported. I love the fact these two went above and beyond to assist.

Sadly my niece now says she will never eat ice cream again. She doesn’t understand it was a tummy bug and not the food. Hopefully that will change and she can go back to enjoying one of life’s pleasures!

The staff need to be recognised for the wonderful support and compassion shown to a customer. When babysitting and being faced with a 4yr old throwing up in a car park on a rainy winter night life isn’t fun! Your staff made a bad situation so much better.

Baskin Robbis Applecross is a great and fun ice-cream parlour! It has comfortable and exceptional seating, with a new and bright venue! The colour of the place, and the ice-cream flavour names on the walls add a touch of bounciness and fun for the family!

The staff are kind and friendly, and will usually always give you a generous scoop of ice-cream! My favourite all-time flavours would be; 'Love Potion #31', Cotton Candy, Strawberry Cheese Cake and Green Tea.

I find Baskin Robbins in Applecross a great place to go and treat yourself with plenty of delicious ice-cream that will make you drool!

I find the ice cream too sweet to my taste but my kids love it. They have this special cups with unicorns and monsters that is a HIT. Hehe

Hard to describe - the shop is nice, albeit warm - staff are friendly, but some of the staff cannot understand English. Product is good, but again communication is impossible with some of the staff.

Serves are ok, not generous.

I don't know how to best describe this Baskin and Robbins. Other than just not right.

Love the ice cream but the place needs better seating options, particularly if you have a group of more than four. Location is not fantastic as there is nowhere to go for a walk to enjoy your ice cream except along Canning Highway.
