The owner of the shop is 1 in a million. Went out of her way to help make my fiancees 30th birthday cake special. Unfortunately the rice paper topper I brought in for her to add on was brittle and turned out to be quite the challenge she wasn't expecting. But she preserved the best she could and the end result was fantastic. Thank you Melanie?
Also, comment below regarding no tasting options.welcome to the post covid world. The fact the shop has to adhere to certain policies now following the pandemic is not on them. It's on you for your ignorance. If you had the attitude towards them in the shop that you did on the review. I guarantee you deserved whatever attitude you got in return. This place is wonderful. I even got engaged in this store!

For a BR franchise store, was what was expected. But not really icecream weather today.

Icecream wasnt watery (like someone else said).

Also didnt get any NEG attitudes from staff. Guessing, due to wet weather - not many ppl buying icecream, infact very few customers at all when went at 3pm today.

So good, great service, I avoid going to Baskin and Robbins as I would eat it every day, I have a weakness for the delicious flavours, love this place

The environment is fantastic with upbeat, happy music and amazing customer service by the girls. A fantastic environment for kids and adults.

Nice desert range and the service wasn't to bad but they could talk louder instead of mumbling the price is ok but a bit steep

They were very accomodating in making a cake for my daughter’s birthday last weekend at short notice. Great service when we went to collect the cake too and bought an icecream. Have bought several cakes from here & they have always been delicious:)

Such an arrogant franchise and denied to give me my 15% student edge discount. Even though I have presents her my student Card, my student edge membership card. I wanna tell you here something that you are going to lose your local customer forever.

Ice cream taste is always good in BR, but staff is very rude, I asked for tasting particular flavour I wanted to buy but staff refused that “we don’t do tasting in our store”. That’s really strange.

Milk & vanilla ice cream no vanilla flavour or thickeners added.
I asked for 3 small flakes to be added,
That was the only addition.
Worst thickshake I've ever had never going back for $11.90 reg.

Not impressed. 2 weeks now they havent had tasting spoons if there not coming back just say so its fustrating as you actually want to try flavours. Then the staff rush you so u feel pressured to make a decision on icecream u havent tried.and not being even able to taste test once on an ice cream with just a baskin robbins spoon is stupid the girl said there not allowwd whomever made that rule is an idiot. Wont be attending the midland store again.picl up yoyr game and sort your staff out

The owner is very rude and tells bare faced lies to customers. She never honours the loyalty cards that have come from her own store, making up lies about why she can't honour them. Ice cream is a rare treat and she takes the fun out of it everytime. I would rate zero stars if that was an option.

I paid 7 dollars for the attendant to put one scoop of ice cream in a litre of milk

They didn't have my fave sorbet but that's ok. However kids not happy with their usual Ice cream.must be used to more generous servings at our local BR.

I have visited this place 6 times in past 3 months. The ice cream is great. Kids love the choice. Signage and things need a make over. Service from staff varries. Basically young people trying to do a good job but management not providing encouragement and advice. GREAT ICE CREAM.

Service is alright/poor and they no longer do the loyalty card (apparently only at this store).
