We were served by a lovely girl named shufei after school on Friday. The food and service was great. Best vertical Sundae I’ve ever had.

Walked in to get ice cream at the same time as other families, three girls were working, one got up to serve, the other two sat on phones even after looking up to notice customers, yet remained on phones together

How on earth could anyone complain about this Aussie owned little business. These people employ local people and have served our community of Willetton for a long time. Ice cream always good and waffle cones lovely and fresh.

Credit to the team when due. 6 months ago it was a disaster. Last night was a different story. Steph was at the counter and the service was an absolute breeze. Thank you. Rating now upgraded to 4 stars.

This review is being posted exactly 5 minutes after I have stepped out of your store at Willetton. First my compliments to Steph, a lovely lady who was the reason I still decided to spend my money here. Ok now the story, walked In at 852pm and we were being served by a lady who didn’t have a name tag, we were after a large takeaway pack and were told that we can have 5 flavours. So we decided to go ahead with it, right at this moment this lady says that we shut in 2 minutes so she can’t serve us a large, so I asked her what she can serve, the answer was a blank stare. She then says we close in 1 minute so we needed to hurry up. It was 856pm so technically 4 minutes to closing. I was ready to walk out. That’s when Steph stepped in and offered to serve us, I decided to keep it simple, told her we’d take a tub with just one flavour thus making it easier for her too. After this we paid and asked for spoons, at this point the other lady snaps that it would cost extra! How do you expect me to eat the ice cream? I work in hospitality and I witnessed two extremes of service today. Once again, thank you Steph for being polite and patient. We truly appreciate it. Not sure if we will ever be back.

The icecream was very nice as usual and the staff members were very kind and professional! @6.30 ish on Friday, 28/4. Thank you Chloe and the colleague! (sorry I forgot the colleague's name)

I was a bit sceptical due to the reviews however I'm glad I made the detour to stop in. Premises were sparkling clean, prompt service and the products were amazing! Thank you so much:)

Going there every month but every time when I am served by a lady staff, I always get bad service and ruins my whole day. The other two girls are lovely. Not sure if the lady is the owner but she will definitely be the reason for losing customers. Not going there again.

+ Ummm.probably not. I’ve lived around here for 10 years and I go occasionally with my friends and family. But WOW, I am amazed this is the response I got. Seriously they don’t know how to serve a customer. Plus, if you don’t like the ‘31% off scoop’ discount, you should complain to the company not to the customers:)

My family went here on Sunday the 15th and were served by a lovely girl named Shufei who was very polite and served us promptly. My shake and icecream were delicious as was the kids sundaes. All up very nice place and highly recommend it.

Thanks Jenny for making this Dairy Free ice cream cake for my little boy. Every child enjoyed the cake without tasting the difference. Not a single piece has been left, all gone perfect size recommendation. Great service, communication and accommodation on cake order details. Very happy customer and looking forward to seeing my second birthday cake for my older son later?

Ice cream was delicious, service was terrible. We were left standing at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting to place our order, whilst the staff (Sunday 13/11/22 @ 7.30pm) were having a good old chat. We weren’t even greeted and had to stare them to get their attention. While we were ordering and it was being prepared they kept stopping to chat and had no regard for us or our time.

Shocking service! Hope the staff paid with peanut/bananas! Stood there and just kept on talking to each other while a family waiting to purchase ice cream for a little birthday girl who wasn’t even allowed a taster to see if that’s the ice cream she wanted.
So called staff said “We don’t do tasters anymore” (Bucket for used sample spoons was on the counter).
We were there the week before and were allowed a taster, just not this week. If only I could take back the 1.

Been cancelling my online uber orders for weeks saying flavours unavailable.

Don't enlist online service if you cannot fulfil commitments.

No tastings allowed anymore apparently. Not a great sign. Every other store does tastings and Baskins has been doing them since forever. Always get cookie dough anyway so it's fine but it was so so so chalky and the cone was also beyond stale. Definitely a change of some kind here. Also I am a fat little boy who will finish any ice cream and unfortunately this was that bad it had to be tossed

Green tea flavour has been out of stock for months since February? But we just bought a tub back in May from the store. 31st of the months have discount offer but green tea is always not available since then which is a great dissapointment. The lady store person has been really putting us off of the way she serves. Perhaps someone with a better customer skills?

We always use this location cause they have a good selection of flavours and do really good cakes

The ice cream was fine but the quality of service offered by the 2 staff members really wasn't up to par. They chatted away in the corner and left us hanging at the counter for a good 5 minutes and when they did take our orders, they continued to talk directly over our order, spitting all over it. Not very clever considering the times we are living in.

Incompetence with the most basic of human tasks. Order a 600ml coke when I ordered a large Sunday (Uber Eats) and the coke was never packed. Called the Willeton Store and was met by a mumbling, poor social etiquette girl on the other end that didn’t know what to do or how to help rectify their lack of customer service - poorly trained staff who just don’t care

Quite offen go here for a treat when where up from the county. This time, for some reason all three flavours we choose tasted grainy. Normally good icecream but this time, no. May pay to look into owners. Flavours choose were macadamia, double chocolate cookie something and the cookies and cream.

I hate you.there was too many flavours to choose from.do you want to give me a heart attack! There should be two flavours only.chocolate and vanilla.and if you dont like them i dont like you.the ice cream was too delcious. I had to keep getting more.they want me to get diabetes and lose all my money.i will be homeless.and if i am i will come live at baskin robbins.the end <3
