2Booked 4 walks. Told to pay in advance. No show for first walk on day 1 (“times just gotten away from me” in a FB message.) No show for second walk on day 2. Went to the wrong address and blamed me for it in a very LONG, unfriendly and unprofessional message. Was told I would get a refund minus petrol money. Asked for a full refund and received nothing. $60 down the drain. Please send proof of refund to mobile… still waiting for refund & proof.
Bought Barking Mad birthday cake & some treats for a friend's pups first birthday. Amazing quality & kept me in the loop every step of the way, right up to delivery.
