BARI-UMA / BARIUMA Ramen reviews
38Food is great. Especially ramen. The soup is thick and full of flavour. One of the best ramen I have so far. Place is crowded. I got very small table for three people. But it's OK. Better than standing for a long time outside the restaurant. Overall recommended ramen restaurant.
Spectacular, everything we ordered was delicious. The ramen is awesome. It's worth going.
Spectacular, everything we ordered was delicious. The ramen is awesome.
I think this restaurant is overrated and the portion is so small for its price. The broth/soup is the only one flavour, which is quite disappointing.
Delicious ramen place in the heart of Perth City! Nice atmosphere with an open kitchen and friendly staff. Drinks include alcoholic and soft drinks. Paying with cash is better to avoid the surcharge.
Chasu-uma Ramen was delicious and the spicy salmon claypot rice is a must try!
Can get busy at times but must try! Pricing is decent!
Variety of menu items!
Whenever I am at city and feel absolute hungry, the only place I think about is Bari-uma. Took my heart away with the varieties of taste I get everytime I try something new here. Thanks for the delicious taste…….
Visiting Perth and came across Bari Uma. I’m not a negative reviewer usually, but The counter lady took wrong order of our food and offered to remake it however we are in a rush but did not offer anything else. Food was ok, regret not going to Keisuke Ramen. Service is bad.
Saw the queues and decided to have my dinner here. I’m on low-carb diet but my choices were not bad. Chicken cube and been sprout were great! Soup was rich and flavourful. Kara-ake is a must order it was too juicy and crispy from the outside
It's one of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to, great service, wait time is not too long. Food is absolutely delicious
I feel like this is exactly the kind of ramen and soup I would prefer. Spicy and thick consistency. Also, their fried chicken is chef's kiss? You get so much on top.
As far as ramen places go it’s not too bad, but there’s better out there. Still, I would say it’s worth giving it a go if you haven’t already. The portions are generous but it’s also on the pricier side if you order their recommended dishes. The soup base is flavourful, and on the thicker, saltier side of things - not really my thing but I can imagine some people will like it.
The restaurant itself is decent, there are quite a few seats inside for a larger party and the food comes out very fast. Being in the middle of the city it’s convenient to find parking etc.depending on what time you decide to go.
I think if you’re a ramen aficionado then give it a try, opinions will definitely vary.
Ramen portion is quite alot. Good service and delicious food. They also do kids menu set.
Would recommend
Best pork and chicken ramen in Perth! I come her at least once a fortnight and have never been disappointed!
Walked past this place a few times and its always full! Finally managed to get a spot here and the food is amazing.
If you are looking for a authentic Japanese food, this is the best place in the city. There is always long line of customers. We keep on dining here usually every fortnight…
Bariuma Ramen is a fantastic restaurant that offers delicious, authentic Japanese cuisine. The Ramen is the star of the menu, with a variety of broths and toppings that are expertly prepared and incredibly flavorful. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the presentation is visually stunning. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, offering great suggestions and making sure that your dining experience is truly unforgettable. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a warm and welcoming environment that makes you feel right at home. Overall, Bariuma Ramen is a must-visit for anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Japanese dining experience.
The moment you try this place, no other ramen will do. This is the best ramen and tonkotsu broth in WA!
This is perhaps the cleanest, or rather, neatest bowl of ramen we have come across. The noodles were pretty decent, and the broth was slurp-worthy. The chashu was well-prepared, but the pork belly was too tough and dry for our liking.
Awesome food and quick and amazing service I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying ramen and other dishes
Very fast service, music atmosphere was good and extensive menu including desserts. If you are already in the city and feel like ramen, it is a nice place to try alone or with company. They serve either hot or cold green tea, which I personally hadn't seen cold green tea as an option before, but found it interesting (opted for hot anyway, and it was delicious).
Food was alright, tasted better one. Too commercialised. Price on the high side based on the portion.
Bariuma is the best ramen joint in Perth. My wife is Japanese and I lived there for 5 years during which I spent a lot of time in Ramen houses. I have tried over 10 ramen shops here in Perth and the others were not even close to being as authentic and tasty as Bariuma. Tonkotsu ramen is a delight when done well and I am stoked to say that Bariuma does it very well. The gyoza and karaage are also excellent. Do yourself a favour and get there if you haven't already.
