Bargain Beds

Went in to purchase 4 mattresses regular to this store all family members have purchased here. Used to be a friendly lady representing the store recently have put a young lady who seems she doesn’t want to be there. On several occasions through communication she would let me know her mum used to be doing her job and her mum gives discounts but she won’t even though she said she has all authority. I Let her know that her mum looked after us as we are regular. This particular young lady seemed to not know what business is. Didn’t really phase her that I was trying to purchase 4 mattresses. I asked for a better price and this seemed to set this young lady off. This young lady started to attack me and threaten me that there are cameras in the store because I was trying to negotiate with her. I walked out of this place shocked and concerned for the owner of this store as an attitude like that as the front of this store would be devastating to the small business of this is how this young lady communicates and sells products with a zero care factor mindset. I’m glad now that she spoke to me this way as now my family and I have taken our money else where selling exactly same mattress and had saved $400 which was $100 per mattress at innovative furniture in Belmont. I’ve never written a review but thought that the owner of this store needs to be informed that the new face of his business is going to make things bad in this competitive struggling economic hardship everyone is going through.

Good service, they send it for free on a Sunday like advertised. Mattress is comfy so far. Gave us some mattress protector for free.

Bargain Hunting! Well presented beds, friendly and accommodating staff, not pushy at all.

New the ownership definitely has their priorities straight.

I came through on a Saturday and got some great quotes. Went a couple competitors in the direct area and none could beat the on price.

Don’t let the name fool you. They have some excellent quality beds.

I actually ended up buying 5.

Added to that they offer “Free delivery” to the greater metro area.

The store had offered "free delivery" however only have one employee operating the warehouse and delivery schedule, this results in the store offering a delayed delivery time (unsure how he could deliver it to the store but not 15km down the road my residence) to which the store consultant told me that it "was not her problem" I would not have a mattress to sleep on for over a week. For the price, you can certainly shop around and most competitors will offer same day delivery. The quality is as you'd expect for the price but nothing spectacular, hopefully will not have issues with the mattress because it does not seem the store is very honourable to the consumer.
