Very disappointing home - they forget to give Mum her evening meal and then try to fix her up something (a bowl of cold soup and a slice of dry bread) forget her afternoon tea. Leave her lying in a wet bed. Some of the carers/ nurses speak to mum in a very unfriendly way. Her insulin and meds are given at the wrong times sometimes. Can’t wait to get her out of there - shocking place
