Just driving through but was treated like a local Thanks Doc took your advice and did the wonderful beach tour Great town.

Very happy with service today, needed stitches removed and clearance for work.
Never had a booking, they managed to fit me in within half hour, take care of removal of stitches and doctor examined, leg gave me a clearance for work.

Top Shelf Staff. Incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable, and polite. Doctors there are Top Guns in knowledge and busy. I mean flat out, soles of their shoes smoking busy. With some medical insight I can tell you "Go here. " So. Go Here already!: D

As a regular patient at Banksia Medical have very little issue getting an appointment when needed. All the staff are lovely and friendly! Great service.

Not being a local person from Esperance, I took the chance to call into the Banksia Medical & Health clinic hoping for not too long a wait for an appointment. To my surprise I was fitted in the next morning by Amanda and then my follow up procedure that same afternoon. All staff (Receptionists, Doctor Robyn and Nurse Robina) could not have been more helpful and diligent with their relevant customer service and work practices. Congratulations and sincere thankyou to all at the clinic. It’s a shame the same sort of service doesn’t occur in the City. Well done will highly recommend. Cheers Greg O.

As a traveller it was a very present experience. Even though I was new patient they looked after me. The nurses were very kind and friendly and the doctor very helpful. If you live in town or just passing through I would highly recommend. Wasn’t too expensive either. Which was a plus!

It would be helpful to be advised of the cost at the time of booking appointment rather than unexpectedly being double charged because a student is present or receiving a $200 bill

Today I had reason to see a Doctor and was attended to by the locum, Dr Anne Arias.can we not persuade her to stay. PLEASE? !
I must also ad that the service provided by the office Manager, Amanda, was very professional. She listened to my concerns, addressed a problem and resolved the matter. Very impressed!

Had to complete a pre-employment medical through Banksia Medical & Health. Very well organised, professional and highly recommend.

Unorganised blame shifting staff in reception. I waited 1hr 15min to see anyone. Didn't see the nurse for eye check during that time. Apparently it was my fault.

Loved the atmosphere and our Doctor young Aiden Hendry was awesome as always and very happy to explain any thing you need to know.
