Banksia Grove Fish & Chips

Fish and chips from this shop are always great. Always good value for money. Have to wait sometimes as busy but worth it.

Great size of fish and chips for 2, enough to feed 4. Chips were crunchy and well seasoned. Fish had very light batter and well cooked.

Ordered food tonight and found a metal shaving in my toddlers food. I called them up to discuss this issue, I had three different staff members tell me that this was a common occurrence and trying to justify to me why this happened. They offered me store credit however I declined their offer. I’m appalled by their low food safety and quality standards. Never eating there again.

Probably the worst I have ever had! I ordered snapper and definitely was not.seemed to be processed fish (maybe) that was probably frozen so it resembled fish fingers and was probably the toughest fish I have ever had. A huge no from me.never again.

Always great fish and chips served by a very friendly team of people.
Family and friends travel for 8-10km for the fish and chips from this shop as the quality is really good.

Probably the best fish and chips plus dim sims we have had in a very long time. Thank you to all the staff for an excellent meal.

Very cheap food, chips is cooked perfectly. Justin the cook is way too good at his job, he wraps the food very cleanly and cooks the chips till golden brown

Liked it but it was expensive compared to a nother fish and chippy not to far away which is better and cheaper

Line was out the door but staff were pumping non stop and quality retained. Being that busy is a testament to the service and food. Been going here for years. Occasionally i stray to beachside chip shops purely for the occasion/location and each time it reminds me how much above par and well priced this place is compared to the others.

Gave 5 stars a couple of years ago, still 5 stars. Same quality food, great prices and large servings.

Slowest fish and chip shop, be just as quick frying the fish and chips at home. Average wait time being 30-45 minutes.

Call ahead. The food is great, price is reasonable, service is top quality! But. Because of all this they are super busy on a Friday night. Their staff are like a well oiled machine and work really really well together. The non-stop ordering, cooking and packing is awesome to watch. Even though we waited half an hour, not 1 staff member stopped moving, they were just so busy. The good news is that the food is fresh and you know it's good if the locals pack the place out.

Amazing customer service from this lovely girl with blonde and black hair cared for every detail. Staff were kind and friendly and fish and chips were cooked perfectly. Menu has a large variety and employees are always on the ball!

Always used these guys but looks like they are buying very poor quality meat for there sausages now, every bite full of grizzle, no offer to replace or refund

Some items must be bought as a combo and if bought separately it would cost more as there is no exact price on specific smaller side dishes. Overall, great place for fish and chips

Great Fish and Chips. My favourite place by far, Fish always perfect, Barramundi, and chips crunchy amd fresh.

I have loved this fish and chips but today I could not eat the fish and I ordered potato scollops and got Sea scollops! I do not eat shellfish as it affects me.
I noticed someone else has had the same happen to be them. Please check the hake as it is not the best.

Great fish and chips shop. The staff very friendly and happy. Does get very busy because it's so popular, but still a very fast service.
The chips are delicious and fresh.
