Highly recommend the traditional Bahn mi and my partner loved the pork belly.

The closest I've found in Perth to a traditional Vietnamese Bahn mi. Not westernised like some other shops. Love this place!
Passing by this morning there is bunch of viet boys sitting in the front of the shop talking bad things behind my daughter and son comments nasty words to them they thought they are not viet but still

Terrible service. My husband and I came first but the lady didn’t take our order, she took the guys who come after us because she knew them. So we have to wait for more than 15mins before preferring. Wasted my time!

There are 4 Bánh Mì stores at Newpark shopping area and this Vung Tau has been my favourite until the end of last year. There are hardly any roast pork in it even though they charge $7. Taste of bread roll etc is good but practically no roast pork seem quite hard to accept.
I rather go elsewhere like the one sharing the shop with the store that sells seafood and meat. Same $7 but way MORE roast pork, big pieces that can be seem and bite on.
We love roast pork banh mi, and whilst the service is always good and friendly, it depends who makes it. The gentleman's ones (owner) are by far the best, but he rarely makes them. Unfortunately, the ones made by the sweet older lady are quite stingy, not much filling at all the last few times and hardly any roast pork meat. We really wanted this place to be our favourite and we have been here many times but sadly we are no longer regulars because of the lack of filling.

Always so busy whenever I go regardless of time or day. Food is often consistent but the toastyness of their bread is lacking and their sauce is different these days but let's be honest, they are still hands down the best Vietnamese banh mi place I know and I'm an addict.
Best Banh Mi in Perth and generous size. We always get the traditional roll ingredients very fresh. The owner is also nice.

A banh mi store that also offers Vietnamese desserts, coffee and drinks. Going during a weekday lunch, the only banh mi available was the traditional one that was not bad, though an average one. There was an average amount of filling, flavours were quite good but would have been better with a bit more filling and paté.
Price was good at $6 a pop, though it's a takeaway only store.

The banh mi is amazing with an unassuming shop front. The meat is nice and flavourful and the sauce is very yummy. Whenever I feel like banh mi this is my place of choice and I recommend to my friends. Service is nice and friendly
The Rolls are awesome. Cash only, rolls are fresh and not that big you can eat them in the car easily because ya can’t wait to get home to try them.
