Bland is the best way to describe my experience. The food lacked flavour, and the service off staff had no friendliness, courtesy, and energy. I would suggest Louder Louder or Long Chin or Thailicious

Food is taste delicious and size enough for share. My Favourite is papaya salad and pad thai. Surprisingly they have my favorite dish Crispy Mushroom. Really love it.
Would love to comeback.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to on this occasion. After seeing so many negative reviews I hesitated ordering delivery from Bangkok brothers this evening, however, I’m glad I decided to ignore the reviews and go ahead and order! Baffled by the negative tone of recent reviews including one stating if you have low standards go here. I dine regularly at Long Chim. I ordered from BB, the goong ayong woonsen noodles (glass noodles with king prawn), the larb chicken, fermented pork sausage and sticky custard rice dessert. The noodles were perfectly balanced in flavor and reminded me strongly of my grandmothers noodles (everyone loves those), king prawns were large, fresh, and the side of chili provided enough kick for those who like it spicier. The larb chicken was also pretty much perfect! Again good balance of flavors, enough bite to have me regularly reaching for water. The fermented pork sausage I hadn’t had before and tasted totally amazing. The dessert tasted as good as I get it at Long Chim. In summary, I highly recommend giving Bangkok Brothers a go! Well done Bangkok Brothers on cooking some unreal Thai cuisine!

I get the massaman curry and roti bread quite often, super nice. Aswell as the authentic prawn cakes, super thick and delicious. I’ve tried other meals and they’re not bad but nothings as nice as their curry.
I did try their crab punim gari, honestly wasn’t a fan - I liked the crabs, but the texture of the curry is a bit strange. All in all though, worth trying!

A licenced venue located in Northbridge bring the Thai flavours to your table or you can take away.

Very nice, have been here 3 times now and the food is always fresh and flavoursome.

Customer service needs an improvement. Sell this amazing pork crackle. Came Monday to get this, was told to come back Thursday. Came back and they said there wasn't any and they weren't going to get any for this xmas period. I informed the customer service rep that I was told to come back and she proceeded to not acknowledge what I said and wouldn't even apologise until I prompted her that I made all this way to buy this. She left without saying anything and was rude.

Seriously.customer service 101.pick up your game.

The dish was a $10 lunch special. It was filling but was somewhat bland in flavour. It had a few people in the Cafe so I suspect that it might have just been a bad day for my meal. Will try again as everything deserves a second chance

First & LAST time we come here, the food was OK at best but the terrible service or lack of, should I say was absolutely shocking. Staff were quite rude & did not look like they wanted to be there. When we asked to have our food put into containers to take home the staff handed us the containers & expected us to do it ourselves, we were absolutely stunned. Don't waste your time here go 200m up the road to Thailicious where the food & customer service is on point.

Decided to try a this place as I've never been here. I give the benefit of the doubt when reviewing, so I understand that some times places are a hit or miss but this was a miss on all parts. We waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order and then 15 minutes between the 2 mains to come out.

Drinks:
We had a Pepsi and cranberry juice. The Pepsi can in a glass full of ice, drank it really quick. The cranberry juice was warm.

Food:
The sticky rice was hard and undercooked. I wish it were fluffy, felt like it was cooked, thrown in a bowl and left there until the meat was cooked. Grilled chicken was okay but the outside was over cooked. Pork came cold and it was chewy.

Flavours were great, just a shame the meat was cold. The spring rolls are amazing tho

Atmosphere:
Really pretty setting. Recommend trying to get a booth. I love the different lighting fixtures and the decorations. The street art wall looks amazing.

Staff:
We had to repeat ourselves a few times but other ther than that they were okay, can't really have a conversation with them and they didn't look happy.

Wait times:
15 mins to be seated. 30 mins to be served but we had to get someone's attention. 40 mins for first dish to come out. Then 20mins for ONE MAIN and arrived cold.had to wait 20 Minutes for the SECOND MAIN.

Quick and friendly service with great tasting food, all at a good price. I will be returning the next time the opportunity arises!

Great restaurant with a huge menu and beautiful food. I strongly recommend and can't wait to come back to try more options. Cosmopolitan was amazing.

Nice place to catch up with the family and enjoy their fine food. Alcohol was a bit pricey though.

Awesome place to visit, great food, great location fantastic and friendly staff, good prices and excellent atmosphere.

The first time we visited, the male staff who looked like the leader, was not very professional. However the food is always great & service quick even when the place is very busy during dinner times. So me & my partner make a trip or order online atleast twice a month. I’d recommend the place for all Thai food lovers here.

The food is served hot which is a plus to the service being amazing. And the portions are extremely generous
