Called Mandurah Ballantynes regarding an outdoor leaking water pipe. They arrived within the hour, dug out the pipe, fixed the leak and left an hour later. All in awful weather and at a fair price. My go to plumbers from now on.

Mike the managing director helped out with issue that i thought wouldn't be resolved easily. He made it very painless and a breeze. Would recommend Mike and the company for any property services in the future.

I was halfway through cleaning our bathrooms, when turning the taps on, there was no water.

Walked outside - saw the Ballantyne van, but no workers, but a hole outside next door where obviously they were working.

Very disappointing, as my front door was wide open, and it would've taken a quick knock on the door to advise that I would not have any running water.

I rang the company and was informed they could not give me a time as to when the water would be connected.

Used to be a regular customer. But since Paul has sold the buisness it has gone downhill in a big way. New owners are investirs not tradies and are only intrested in money, Michael has no idea. All the good techs have left to better companies. Get a quote elsewhere!

I am Discussted with the price I got charged for an employee to come out to my property to open up the main power board on Saturday they charged me $385.00 to flick a switch on that tripped out, It's inconceivable to be Charged that amount of money for unlocking a door, Michael or Brian your greedy Attitude will Destroy your Business, your pathetic attitude will catch up with you.

I have been a customer of Ballantynes for nearly 10yrs they have always been curtious and professional but last month a truck wiped out our western power wire and left us with no power and being a 5acre property everything runs on power even the water pump for our w/c and our bore for our managery of animals including horses to provide water Ballantynes sent two lovely electricians who had us hooked back up in hours for emergency power they then took the time to set up a plan to fix our power properly they were the cheapest of all three quotes (need for insurance) and within two weeks sent the same lovely gentleman to fix our power properly the electrician was efficiant professional considerate and most of all clean well done and thank you so much

Great service, was able to come out same day within 2h to repair a hole in our gas pipework inside the wall. Removed the brick, fixed the pipe, and mortarted the wall back ready for plaster & paint. Great service.

Worst company I’ve ever delt with. Beware people Balintyne are way over priced for poor quality service. Get other quotes before using Balintyne.

Extremely disappointed, I've had no water for 2 days now due to a broken pipe I've dug and found where the problem is so I Called these guys and was told he could come and fix it around 4pm. I rang him back at 3.45pm and he had changed his mind and can't do it until the following morning which is a public holiday! Just money grabbers thanks for nothing!

Wouldn't recommend. Service person clearly doesn't know what is involved in a gas heater service. Came back to redo and made another poor effort

When working within rosters it’s not easy to have tradesmen call when we are both available but in this case the front desk staff were helpful in arranging the time and day that suited me.
I appreciated the quick phone call to inform me that they were running late and later to let me know that they were on their way.
The workmanship was excellent (Installation of a gas cooktop) with the gas line neatly placed within the cupboard space.
I would recommend this company for anyone with household appliances that needed installation.

Called to get a price to have an oven installed and was told I'd be called back, after waiting a day with no response called SDJ Plumbing and Gas instead and was given a good quote, with the price ending up cheaper after the job was done too. They organised everything I needed on the phone straight away and had both the gas fitter and an electrician to me the next morning. Wouldn't bother with even calling Ballantyne again.

They charge $200 to replace an aerator to a tap. Have the cheek to charge made up "compliance" levies. AVOID at ALL costs!
