My first time visit to this medical centre the wait is ridiculous, very dirty and old medical centre.

3 weeks ago, I had stomach poisoning. I had pain in lower abdominal area for few days and she analysed my symptoms and cared me with this issue.

I highly recommend her. Her duty of care and professionalism is spot on.

5-star review for Dr Prelude Kenworthy. I think she is straight to the point and that's what you need in a good doctor. I don't find her rude at all. If people find her to be rude it's because they didn't get what they want and they are just too soft of a person lol.

This medical centre takes advantage of the ignorance of our young adults. Provides no relevant or practical advice to help a person in need who walks through their doors for just that.
Their doctors don’t know how to properly advise their patients on workers compensation related claims.
Their reception staff aren’t trained to ask the right questions when making appointments for their doctors.
If you want quality advice with the care and attention you deserve then stay clear of this surgery they have none of those much needed services.
Very money driven and only a call centre to book appointments for their careless doctors.
Huge liability to their insurer. Leaving themselves exposed for a Professional Indemnity claim.

Been my local med drop in for 15 + years. Always very happy with the front staff & the professional medical attention offered.

The lovely doctor who was my children’s doctor has left this practice, so I am wanting to transfer my children’s medical records to a practice closer to home. This practice has just informed me that it will cost me $40 per child to have their records transferred over. This amount this seems a little excessive considering a digital transfer!

I have been coming to this practice for approx 20years now and Dr Oyenaike has been my regular gp for about 10 years. He is in my opinion very Knowledgeable, thorough and caring. I highly recommend him.
(He has also one of the best laughs you will ever hear)
The front of Staff have always been very helpful and caring and they have seen me at my worst.
Just a tip, if you have a long list of issues and need prescriptions also, book a double appointment.

Was able to make an appointment same day as calling, found Dr Nigel very good, and after blood tests had a consult the next day to discuss.
Best service from a doctor many years.

Do not see dr prelude kenworth straight up rude and refused to fill out a form so I could return to work.waste of time

Attended BMC on a weekend with a family member who sustained a deep laceration requiring stitches. We were promptly attended to by Dr Nigel Chikolwa whose professionalism and bedside manner was second to none. He put us at ease whilst doing wonderful work stitching up the wound and prescribing antibiotics. Sincere thanks to BMC and Dr Nigel

Only went as I was unable to get in anywhere else at short notice after being sick for a week with no signs of getting better. Very poor and unprofessional care given by Dr Kenworthy during my visit- very dismissive, did not complete a proper assessment (including not using proper equipment and just not checking something I mentioned as an issue), and blamed me for how I was experiencing my symptoms instead of offering options. Would rather have stayed home- definitely not worth attending this practice

Really rude/poor communication from staff. I was ready to crying after their rude conversation.it was my toddler appointment (only available place) so she need to be checked by nurse and Doctor.doctor and nurse both really nice and kind.
First time coming here, I will never come here again because of the receptions.

What a joke of an establishment! What’s the point of having an appointment time if everyone who walks in the receptionist says sorry the doctors running 20 minutes behind. 20 minutes would of been a nice, except it was 50+ minutes. Absolutely do NOT go here

Great GP, I’d like to personally thank Doctor Kenworthy for her amazing commitment and care she’s provided me for years. Truely one of the only good general practitioners out there I feel. Katarina at reception is also a pleasure to deal with. So professional and always happy to go out of her way to help you.

Absolutely appalling staff and reception.every time I've gone here for a doctors appointment I've had to wait a minimal of 50 minutes, after my appointment time, once waiting almost 2 hours they're never on time, the reception is rude. I've also had my covid vaccine done at this place but they haven't uploaded to my gov the documentation. 2 weeks later it was my aunties 50th at a place where you are required to be double vaxxed, because of them not uploaded the documentation even after numinous requests of asking, I was not able to attend my aunties 50th. I'm also most likely not going to have a job anymore because I cannot provide proof of vaccination. TLDR do not recommend going here

What a waste of my time. Online booking, one week in advance on a Sunday at their opening time which was 9: 00am. I arrived at 8: 55 and was told it’s an hour wait because Sunday is a walk in day. Why have bookings if it’s dependent on walk-in. Especially if it’s not bulk billed, take your money elsewhere. I highly recommend Highland Medical Centre in Madeley. Never seen such stupidity and incompetence like this Ballajura medical centre. DONT DO ONLINE BOOKINGS TO MAKE PEOPLE WAIT AN HOUR! Useless, I can promise you’ll be seen within 15minutes of your booking at Highland Medical Centre!

Had a wonderful experience with this doctors surgery today, the lady on reception was beyond helpful. Really appreciated it

Everyone working here is a joke.

Would rate it 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a 'professional doctor. ' Rude and doesn't care about the patients wellbeing. Would not recommend Dr Prelude Kenworthy, no patience and doesn't know what she's honestly doing, she may as well take up a different job as this work is not for her. 100% avoid.

Receptionists are also absolutely horrible, why take up that line of work if you can't even be nice. Ridiculous.
