Beautiful, we didn’t want to leave!
We extended our stay and I celebrated my 60th Birthday in the restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious.
Everyone and everything was PERFECT.

Great as always. A big thank you to Andy for the oysters. Delicious and unexpected. We have been staying at Bali Hai many times now. Great service always. Hope to revisit again next year. Jenny P

Booked a 1.5hr pamper session in the Bali Hai Spa and was not disappointed! The therapist did a fabulous job with my massage, body scrub and facial. Walked out feeling very relaxed, thank you

We had the 'Bali in Broome' spa experience as a Christmas treat. Great massage, the light snacks, and the spa afterwards totally relaxed us. Although we're locals, we'd never tried massages here. We'll be looking at the spa menu for future treats for ourselves or as gifts for others.

We only stayed here one night because our flight was cancelled, but it was such a lovely place to relax from that stress, we felt welcome and like they would do anything they could for us. We hung around by the pool after check out and were able to have showers before our flight the next day.

We stayed in the two bedroom deluxe villa, villa was very roomy and well equipped.complaints however would be only 2 tea towels think they could up that count to 4 without breaking the budget and the beds are way too hard for my liking, by the 4th night i had enough of the bed.the bbq great idea but the one we had the grill plates where either 2 small or the lugs they sit on where too far worn as the plates kept falling onto the burners, which made using it a bit difficult.

We placed an order for lunch 14: 02, because no one told us the kitchen closes at 14: 00, shortly after the waitress come to tell they are not cooking anymore. Come on, 2 minutes!? Bad service!

Rooms are well maintained and tidy with daily cleaning. Really nice atmosphere and facilities with a great restaurant out front. Definitely worth the stay.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything that we needed. Pool was fantastic ️

Staff nice and clean rooms but the bed was really bad could not sleep on it and did not like outside bathroom with sun beating down on you when on toilet or having shower in 38 degrees so bit disappointed and didn’t eat there as so packed

Beware of the ridiculous 'admin fee', especially when booking over email where it is not disclosed!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bali Hai. Perfectly located close to Cable Beach, Divers Tavern and Cable Beach General Store and Cafe with gorgeous well kept gardens and comfortable rooms.

While the outdoor showers and toilets may take a little getting used to it is all part of the experience, and let's be honest, showering under the stars is something you should experience in your lifetime.

With friendly staff and a beautiful pool Bali Hai is definately a vacation location worth putting on your list.

We went for early Christmas dinner in Bali Hai Resort and Spa restaurant. Was bit skeptical in the beginning as we can’t get the booking online. However went we ring the restaurant, we were offered with dinning slot from 5pm to 6: 30pm. Without taking longer thought, we accepted that offer.
And it turned out that was a great call of the day. We got fish & chip and spaghetti for the kiddos, while for me and my wife we had: pork&scallops and Salmon (for entrees) ; green curry (seafood) and duck (mains) ; tiramisu (dessert). Big feast but worth it. Our favorites was the entree (pork and scallops).
Other than the excellent menu, the staff also really helpful and friendly.
A good place to have fancy dinner with lovely one in Broome.

Absolutely beautiful resort, very clean, great outdoor shower area BBQ facility available. Within walking distance of Cable Beach and the Surf Club. Staff were very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend a stay.

Just like Bali, lovely accommodation, great restaurant and facilities.

Every bits of this resort worth for a 5 star review but the only reason I sm giving it a 3-star is the inappropriate, rude, racist behaviour of the booking manager (i assume she is the manager). I had to book it at the last minute, so I calked them at around 6.30pm ish the evening before my checkin date to book for the room. The lady who confirmed my booking with my bank card informed me that they might not be able to charge my card right then because the reception is closed, in that case they will charge the next day. I told that okay, Im coming tomorrow anyway so I will pay then. No issues. So I started driving to Broome early morning (it was a 7 hour drive) and most of the way there was no mobile network. When I got network, I called them to ask if I can check in earlier around 12.30ish & the reception lady said yes the checkout time is 10 and then the housekeeping is done. If your room is ready by then, surely you can checkin. Otherwise we can store your luggage and you can hang around the pool or whatever to vome back for 2pm checkin. Thats fair enough. So just before hanging up she asked my booking details only to inform me they couldnt process my card this morning. I told her, look when I hit the road I always block my card to prevent any unauthorised transactions because its an official card. So I blocked it this morning, will unblock it once I reach Broome. I gave u the card details yesterday evening, you didnt charge then. Thats not my problem. I will be reaching Broome in 2 hours, so I will directly go to the resort to pay and then checkin. Im driving at the moment so i cant unblock the card. She asked me to wait and discussed this with her manager. After a while she returned to tell me you have to pay $500 cash deposit when you arrive or your booking will be cancelled. I was shocked. I am a frequent traveller and I have stayed in thousands of resorts accross the world and experienced this kind of unprofessional attitude for the first time. The room rent itself was $268, why should i pay $500 deposit on top of that! And then I denied to do that, she kept arguing this is the protocol. I asked her to send me the document where is that written as a resort protocol. And then she said okay you come.
When I arrived after a long, tiring journey, exhausted already, instead of checking in directly and having rest, I had to spend time sorting these issues out at the reception. Thats a long story, to cut the long story short I ended up paying the booking fees without $ 500 deposit. The manager lady was adressing all the other guests there as sir/madam, and for some strange reason was giving me strange stares and behaved like a rubbish. That is truly unprofessional, unjustified attitude from a manager of a resort like Bali Hai and I expect the authority will take proper action on this. That lady just ruined my day!

However, apart from this worst experience everything else was just top class. The room was bigger than I expected, outdoor shower was awesome and the hot tub was an excellent place to unwind and relax the sore muscles after a long day. Everything was sparkly clean and well taken care of. Had my dinner at the restaurant and the meal (snapper) was one of the best I ever had. My personal gratitude to the chef for that. Highly reccommended

We went tonight purely for dinner which was a complete disaster! I had the belly pork and scallops which were like slop my husband had the crab which looked like and tasted like it had been thrown up I then ordered the thia chicken curry which when it arrived I pointed out that the chicken wasn’t cooked as it was still red in the middle which the waitress shrug her shoulders and replied “ it’s cooked! ” Needless to say I didn’t eat it then the waiter whom Took our order asked how the meal was and my husband replied his lamb was “ok” but the chicken was totally under cooked hence it not been eaten he just took the plates.no one came to apologise we just got the bill and left extremely deflated and will certainly not go back there!

Stopped for the week, should have had another couple of nights.
Great room, ice cold air con, staff very helpful, we had to wait for our room to be ready but the pool was so cool we didnt bother
The spa is brilliant, my wife and I had a 2 hoyr couples massage it was fantastic.
Definitely be back
