2Bought House & Land here, pretty easy process, nice location just couple mins from Rockingham
Baldivis Parx overall is a great area with a few nice parks around for kids to play or to enjoy an evening stroll.
There's still a fair amount of development which is still to be completed yet the finishing touch will be the classic brain dead developers idea when they are out of creativity to fill space. A shopping centre.
Such a waste of space is under plans, it's not like Baldivis has a big big shopping centre 5mins down the road, or another one already partially developed 3min the other way, or another one 30s down the road further along the project stage.
Would love to see the space given a new life designed for the community rather than another cash grab but doubt they will.
