We really like this clinic. Have not had difficulties getting an appointment.
I have had wonderful experiences with both Dr Sid and Dr Brooks.
Dr Brooks is very attentive to detail, with a beautiful bedside manner. My 5yo really enjoys her appointments. Dr Brooks even made a follow up phone call appointment to see how my little one was doing. Just really lovely care from highly trained professionals.

Not suggest going to this medical center.
Receptionist rude and horrible.
And doctor put you in intercom during consultation and god how know listen in others site.
But no thanks.
YOU BANDED me and my family from YOU medical center without reason.

I had a rash on my head and couldn't get in to my own doctor for 10 days. I was in severe pain and rang around in desperation. Baldivis fitted me in the same day. The first doctor called in another doctor who managed to fit me in. I had shingles. He checked me out and put me on meds. I got a call from him the next day to check on me. I call that excellent and speedy health care. Thank you Doctors Deepa Pai and Daniel. Reception staff are very friendly and heloful.

Doctors are brilliant, receptionist on the other hand are the rudest I’ve ever come across.

Obviously don't take my concerns seriously as I have emailed my contact details as requested below and still haven't heard anything?

Was told by the doctor I require urgent knee surgery and my MRI results have been sent to the hospital and to wait for a call.
I waited a few days and heard nothing, called back and the doctor said to wait a full week.
After a week still no call from the hospital.
Called the doctor again, he said he has now called the hospital and they never received my referral but they have it now, and to wait another week to see if they call. So I've waited nearly 2 weeks and only now they have my referral? I can't walk or work and still no where near surgery because they didn't bother to check if the hospital received my referral!

Dr Groenewold is an absolutely amazing Dr, she never rushes you and is so compassionate and caring.
The reception staff are brilliant. We’ve never had a bad experience

Excellent array of services and GP care. Community follow-up and communication between nursing staff, reception and clients. Could be greatly improved.

We are so lucky to have this group of lovely, highly professional, experienced and super friendly people as part of our community.
Every member of the team, reception staff, nurses, GPs and allied health professionals always go above and beyond to help us.
Thank you all for everything you do, every day and particularly throughout the recent years of the covid 19 pandemic, you have put your own lives and those of your families on the line, for us all.
At a time when none of us knew what was going to happen, we were all frightened and needed support, despite only having a few staff; you haven't let us down and have continued to give your very best.
Thank you all, you have and most certainly deserve our utmost respect

Enquired this morning regarding a phone consultation, was asked who I usually see and then was advised that he wasn’t in and there was only one doctor on today and he was double booked all day. For a centre that is always late, double booking for an entire day isn’t helping matters. Clearly in business just for the cash grab. No wonder they have the worst ratings in Baldivis

My partner Beth Hebble had an appointment booked today. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They advised her that her appointment was cancelled and had been left a message. When asked what number they had they confirmed a random land line number. No phone number or details were taken when booking the appointment and they have left my details with a random number and I went all the way down to Baldivis just to be spoken to incredibly rudely and advised the doctor was on holiday. Not sure why they booked the appointment when the doctor was scheduled to go on holiday. Also it’s a check for skin cancer and will now have to look elsewhere or book an appointment after the new year. Really awful service!

Dr Colette Groenwald is fantastic! Dr Groenwald goes above and beyond for her patients and is very thorough ensuring she has checked all possibilities of helping her patients. I highly recommend Dr Groenwald. She is very empathetic and compassionate.so grateful for the work she does.

Dr alireza is the most empathetic doctor I've ever come accross. Very polite and caring, also follows up on patients.

The doctors that iv seen have been good but it’s getting to the point I have to book 4 weeks ahead to see a doctor that can fit me in

10 Stars for Dr Ali but 0 Stars and an Epic Fail for Vaccinations here! Front Counter staff look into their crystal ball and then can't give a date when vaccinations are available! So I go to Atwick Medical Baldivis and I get it straightaway without fuss! So I won't bother getting vaccinated here anymore!

I don't know why i bother coming here. Whether it's an 8: 30am appointment or 4: 45pm appointment the doctors are always so late. And the ladies at the desk have no care what so ever. Absolutely useless

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Dr Johnson and Dr Ali have been my main drs and I can't thank them enough.
I've been meaning to write this review for awhile now. I have been attending this center since I moved to Baldivis 4 years ago and was struck with some very unfortunate luck medically about 3 years ago. Both Drs are amazing. Dr Johnson got me through the worst pregnancy and the start of a surgical nightmare needing constant help and assistance, when he had a little time off Dr Ali took over for me and has pretty much nursed me through the worst time of my life. Not once did they stop helping me, never did they make me feel like a burden. My 3 year old knows Dr Ali so well now that she asks to go to visit him nearly every day I will be forever greatful for the support medically, emotionally, not just for me but my whole family.

Dr Ali is the nicest and most pleasant doctor I have ever met. A lovely man who is good at what he does. Would highly recommend.

Fantatasic place would recommend it for sure it says it is open 7 days a week but on this website page says its closed sat sun

I had an appointment for 7.40am. Arrived at the Centre at 7.35 and was told to take a seat. I waited 1 hour and 5 minutes only to be told the doctor I was meant to see had not shown up! Absolutely pathetic!
