Baldivis Boarding Kennels and Cattery

One of the worst kennels I have ever been to. Especially the owners. The owners do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. Our family dogs came back very dehydrated and our other dog came back with pneumonia within half hour of picking them up from this Baldivis kennels. The owner was very rude and arrogant and tried to blame us for their lack of looking after our family dogs. The owners continued to try and talk their way out of what they did.
If they cannot look after our family dog’s properly and make sure they have water instead of letting our pet dog get severe dehydration with lack of attention. Our other pet dog almost passed away if we didn’t get her straight to the vets just after we picked her up from the baldivis kennels.

Our two boys were looked after so well here - they were absolutely spoilt, with lots of attention and even a pamper! We have used Baldivis Boarding Kennels and Cattery on a number of occasions and will continue to do so due to their love for the animals and their outstanding service

Our golden retriever puppy Biscoff loves it here! I admit I have always been extremely hesitant to put him into a kennel, but after a colleague recommended Baldivis we tried it out and were very happy with the results. He has had a few short stays now and loves the place - he can't get out of the car enough! Genuinely friendly, caring, welcoming staff who give you updates when needed too. Thank you!

My kids looked happy and well look after after almost 6 weeks there! The staff was very friendly and kept us updated via messenger.

Reasonably priced, friendly and courteous. Very conveniently located, large car park.

The only drawback is that there are no enclosures with outdoor access, so my cat was effectively stuck inside for nearly a week.

Our 3 Italian greyhounds stayed with the team at Baldivis for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time.
This was the longest time we’d been away from our babies but we were reassured by the staff at all stages along the way.
We were provided photos when we asked & the kids always looked happy and relaxed - something Iggies can’t hide!
They stayed in the Luxury room together with TV, RC aircon and day bed.
They came home looking and smelling clean and beautiful and in very good condition.
We wouldn’t hesitate for them to stay again - thank you guys!

All of our pet dogs got sick with pneumonia, kennel cough, and severe Dehydration. We reported this to the kennels and now they are behaving like children and declining our dogs that did nothing wrong. We believe that it would be best if the kennels knew that they had kennel cough and pneumonia and some pets were not getting enough water.
We were okay with their looking after our dogs. But to ban our pets for reporting that they have viruses in their kennels is ridiculous and childish.

My Doberman Juddy used to be homed at Baldivis while I was away at work on Fifo duites. They looked after him like a member of their family and was always in happy spirits when I come to collect, he would smell like that ‘washed dog’ smell that only owners of dogs can relate to! Highly recommend, they are a great family:)

Monty boarded for the first time for 10 days. Communication was great throughout the whole process which i need because i always have 100 questions I got pictures of Monty sent on facebook playing with all his new friends. He was washed and smelt amazing when we picked him up! He looked so happy in every picture. Cant thank you guys enough. I was so nervous putting him in a kennel & felt so guilty but i felt so at ease here. He had a little holiday of his own will see you again soon!

Impressed with the setup, very clean very organised and very friendly. My dog had a great time and it's now his home away from home

Best in class facility with staff to match. Our dogs are so excited to get inside when we arrive every time!

We recently boarded our dog here. The place is very clean and presentable.
The only feedback I could suggest to improve would be to provide pet owners message / photo updates. This was our first time using a kennel and not receiving any updates made me a little anxious not knowing how he was going, and if he was ok!

I was so worried leaving my furbaby in Kennels, she had to be carried in, but when i collected her a week later, she acted like she owned the place. I now feel better knowing she has a perfect place to spend her holidays from home in the future. Highly recommend Baldivis Boarding Kennels.

Had my girl in for a few days (not overnight) having house Reno's happening on advice from a Rotti owner I met by chance. Although my mastiff has issues she loved it. I've booked her in one of the luxury kennels for our next trip.

After having a bad experience with another boarding facility, I was very anxious to leave my cat Ralph as he gets separation anxiety from me. He's also had a toe amputated not long ago so I was worried about how he would go. Baldivis Vets recommended us to try here and we are so grateful.

After picking him up today, he's been so smoochy and relaxed- a completely different cat to after the last experience elsewhere.
I received a photo update and another lovely update when I asked how he was going.
Drop and pick up were very busy but they still let me come in and get Ralph settled in. I'm so relieved to have found somewhere close to home that we can trust with our boy- we will be back again for sure!

Never had an issue with the kennels. Our dogs have always been happy whilst staying here. There's never been an issue in all the years we've been bringing our varied doggos here.
