These legends installed some frameless shower screens and mirrors at my new house at a price that was as good as I got anywhere and with a very quick install time.nothing but good to say, cheers lads.

Great service with reasonable prices, I was really impressed and appreciative of how quick they replaced a broken window when I brought in the frame. It was done in 15 minutes! You can’t beat that!

Owner was awsome, great guy.
I broke my glass in Ute even before I left parking, he retrieved broken glass. Replaced for half price. Family members have had great service there before.
I have used these guys again since and have been pleased with service, time and cost.

Overly expensive for a very small job i could have bought for nearly 55% cheaper on Ebay beware shop around and ask for a price up front just because they were reasonable 10 years ago doesn’t mean they are now

I would never recommend Balcatta Glass to anyone. They completely ripped me off charging $250 for 11 minutes work by 2 guys replacing putty on a small section on timber windows. Totally unjustifiable. Do they seriously think they are worth over $600 per hour. What a joke.

Everytime I come in here they go above and beyond.
I measured the glass needed from a window.
Got the glass home and it didn't fit.
Took it back with the frame and they just worked their magic, did it a for me. No charge!
You don't get many companies these days who don't over charge, give great service.
I have used them 4 times now and every time quick and easy.

Absolutely perfect service. Went there twice and got my window glass cut to size in less then 10 minutes.

Normally pretty happy coming here. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are ok. But I was disappointed to come by Saturday after dropping my request if Friday being told I could collect tomorrow (Saturday) only to find they were closed when I arrived. Even after I checked the website before leaving it confirmed they should be open till 12. I made sure I got there before 12 but when I arrived the place was locked up and I couldn’t see anyone inside

Fast and friendly service with a smile. I had a floating glass shelf that had cracked at the brackets and was heading to Bunnings for a replacement. Fortunately Balcatta Glass are right across the road and I decided to have a chat with the experts in glass first. I am so glad I did! The guys were able to cut and polished the shelf in no time at all. Thank you for your help!

Five star friendly and smiling services! Fast and very high quality glass cut! Finished my job 30 minutes earlier than expected and the glass they made is just perfect.

Had 3 smashed windows. I rang around and got at least 3 quotes. Not only were Balcatta Glass at least $150 cheaper than most competitors, they were professional, on time, quick and did an amazing job. Jarod and Reece were polite and experts at their jobs. They were respectful and polite especially when dealing with my elderly (93) father. SO glad I went with them. All the other reviews are spot on. There are a lot of cowboys out there but Balcatta Glass is NOT in that category - 100 per cent professionals and excellent value for money. Everything was taken away and they even dusted/cleaned all the window frames. Highly highly recommend.

Excellent service. Had a display shelf duplicated - the two new shelves were perfect and done in the time frame quoted. Very polite team member too. Highly recommend and I will use there services again.

Balcatta Glass offer great service and price. I've had a 'antique' mirror made and installed, and more recently a cat door. Their installation guys are quick, polite and don't leave a mess. Wouldn't hesitate using again or recommending.

Replaced a dog door and broken pane and done a fantastic job. Mark was a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic service. Upon purchase of a glass cabinet, the seller accidentally dropped the glass sliding door and broke it. We took the cabinet anyway hoping that with a moderate price drop from the seller we could get a new door made. Called a few places with no hope. Then we contacted Balcatta glass with resounding success. A fare quote was given and we brought the old door in as a template, in which they only took half an hour to cut a whole new door! Also for no extra charge, had an extra glass shelf made up from the old door, which would have just been scrap glass anyway. The guys did a fantastic job, would 10/10 go again for any glass related work I need.
