Bakers Delight Forest Lakes reviews
7I go to this store as they have friendly staff and they will cut me a plain fresh white loaf on request. Some other stores wont and tell me buy the pre cut bread. If all I wanted was pre cut bread I would just go to the normal shops and get it. Thanks you lot. Hopefully the other franchises will take your example or just lose out
DISAPPOINTMENT is not enough to describe. Bought a finger bun there, was expecting at least fresh bread - first bite and it’s 100% overnight bread, rough, hard to chew, dry. Never gonna go back.
The berry and white chocolate scones have been a bit doughy as if there not cooked enough shame because they are a favourite
Able to access Fodmap loaves here regularly. Not all other Bakers Delights bake these regularly or have them as an item. Staff friendly and professional.
Terrible customer service. Looks more like a babysitters hangout spot. Stand and talk at home, not at work.
Service is great, the team is often happy and very helpful (depending on who you get obviously) overall quite better than many other stores. The quality of food is often inconsistant
The junior staff need to smile a bit more. It seems that there is always 1 person doing everything and the other girl/boy just stands there. On a Saturday they usually run out of hot dog rolls by 11. It is quite frustrating when this continually happens.
