Love the place!
Right in the middle of so many things to do.
The Bella Vista Restaurant is attached to the building and the food is absolutely wonderful.
We will be back.

Disgraceful the way they run the place so rude! On the phone and passive aggressive over email! Asking for every piece of ID for a one night stay passport utility bills and bank card it was prepaid and a bond taking why do they require more! Then they take the ID and the card and scan both on one page where he attempted to keep in a basket data protection law states if you are holding that much of my identity you best be keeping it safe on a desk in a basket is NOT safe! Your 15 year old protocol requires to come into this century! Also the G2G pass proof and proof of how long I have been there the pass is enough also the police and army are at the border so don’t k ow why you think it’s your job! Every other place in the world has never asked for all what you did and the police advise was to give him nothing!
In addition to this the rooms are old they absolutely stink and it was the worst night possible! Avoid at all costs!

We were at Bistro Bella Vista. Had Thursday Rib Eye steak special. Perfectly cooked to M-R accompanied by creamy mushroom sauce, coleslaw and chips. Superb as usual and at specials of the day rate less than $30.couldn't ask for more.

Only negative I have for our first night of staying is that you can hear the people upstairs walking around. Staff very friendly and polite great shower pressure

Perfect for needs, reasonable distance to CBD (15 min walk) clean, tidy, many restaurants near by.

Decent for price. Close to city and WACA and Optus Stadium. Just watch out for natives in the park across the road

First time lost my booking second time rates went up.wont be trying again.was hospital appointment in Perth am from country.hopefully my condition hasn't worsened

Staff onsite were very helpful. Had all the basics and clean and secure. Location is very good and next to a park. I recommend Baileys Motel for your next stay.

Overall, it was a good stay, unfortunately they don't do services daily. Location was convenient with public transport. The receptionist, Edwina was really friendly and helpful. She knows what to recommend and isn't biased with her suggestions.

Nice place to stay. Easy access to many places. A nice Italian restaurant, Bellavista just by the side. Great foods, Gold Plate award winner for 2017 n 2018.

0/10 0 stars very unprofessional staff checkin process. The asian lady at reception on Saturday Jan 12th 2019 at around 3pm was very rude, unprofessional with zero customer service skills. We waited patiently at the locked door for 5 minutes while she saw us and just ignored us. After looking in through the front door for 5 mins she gave us a very evil death stare and continued to talk on the phone. She eventually let us in we sat on the longue she continued to talk on the phone and ignored us. We were waiting on the loungue to checkin. A couple just walked in and checked in in front of us. She didnt even check us in first totally ignored us. Worst customer service experince ever. It was like a fawlty towers episode with basil fawlty but it was a women this time.

Fantastic staff, secure parking (even for large vehicle's), close to everything, hot showers! Baileys is a great value for money motel!

This motel was a pleasant surprise and I've paid a lot more for a lot less. It's much better than you'd expect for price - very clean and tidy and well maintained. It doesn't have a lift but as it's only two stories high, I managed the stairs without too much pain. The Red Cat Bus stops are conveniently located and can get you into Perth in under 10 minutes.

Nice enough! The room I stayed in was a little water damaged in the bathroom and there was no kitchen sink. Good for a couple day stay.

It was an ok stay, the amenities could be a bit better. But overall really clean and comfortable. Though you might get neighbours who stay up until 4am.

I have been staying at Baileys when I'm in Perth for around 10 years now it's comfortable clean nice restaurant and pleasant staff

Location is brilliant adjacent to train station, cat stand near by and close to all enmities and city central. Plus staff are friendly and efficient
