Amazing food but the service from the lady on Sunday morning made the whole experience!
She was super attentive and sweet, making sure everyone in the restaurant was happy and going as far as offering glasses of water while people waited for takeout coffees.
It’s hard to come by such amazing service like that, she’s a true asset to the business!

In the outside food area of the shopping centre, we were here one morning and tried the R Belly Baguette which was like an expensive but fancy banh mi. The serving size was big with a good amount of filling including chunky crispy belly combined with other fresh ingredients to create one mean banh mi.

Checked out this place for the first time at Karrinyup the other day, it was great! The service was fantastic and all staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. And the food was delicious! Easy to order and came out in great time! Highly recommend.

My partner and I visited during a shopping trip to Karrinyup on a whim. The sever (a young man, perhaps a weekend job) was so lovely and attentive asking lots of questions, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. I got the tofu baguette made vegan and my partner got the bao buns with an authentic poured chai. They said it was so good, which I believe because my roll was amazing. Thank you to our server for looking after us!

Wonderful service and everyone has a smile on their face. They even check in on us to make sure we're hydrated whilst waiting for our order.

Veggie brekky bagel is unreal and the staff made a point of letting me know it contained egg and dairy in case it wouldn't be suitable. Great service

We went here for lunch because I liked the name.
The food was okay, the service could be improved, staff were lovely, there was just one staff member who kept giving the wrong food to the wrong people which ended up in getting food remade. This may have also been why our meals came out after another couples who ordered the same thing but after us.

I'd go back when it's not busy and try something else on the menu as my baguette was soggy.

Animals are used instead of numbers which is cute

Dropped in for brekkie this morning. Delicious and interesting food. Lovely and attentive staff. Very enjoyable. Totally recommend. Want to come back to try the non-breakfast menu.

Delicious baguettes that are full of flavour.
Service was good, great chips and the portion size was surprisingly good. The lemongrass chicken filling was amazing.
Would definitely return!

Maybe they had an off day because the other reviews seem good and I’ve ordered the same dish at the Perth CBD branch which was fantastic.

I ordered the soft gluten free tacos and they arrived and didn’t seem fresh, the sautéed mushrooms weren’t really cooked through.

The staff were friendly and polite though and replaced the dishes and added an extra taco as an apology

I visited the guys at BMN in Karrinyup.cute little spot opens to the playground, you can see the kids playing well within yelling distance. The coffee was great. Really polite staff good service easy place to stop for a break on a shopping day with the mrs.

Love coming here for lunch. Food is fresh and delicious, staff are lovely and it's easy to bring a baby too!

Super friendly and efficient service. Baguette was generous with pâté and full of chicken filling. Tacos were a little disappointing - lacking flavour and soft crackling, which was a shame as there is an extra charge for pork belly. I would return for a baguette or a salad bowl. Lots of good choices for lunch.
