The only place we shop for anything baby related - primarily due to service. Their team are amazing. All knowledgeable, empathetic and genuinely trying to find the most appropriate solutions for you. In particular, Carmel and Sharon have been such outstanding people to deal with, over the years. Providing change / feed area + play stations for kids is so helpful too. Thanks!

Staff are always so friendly, store is always packed but the customer service never drops. Always willing to help and give advice on products, would highly recommend this store to family/friends. Thanks for always making my experience wonderful ladies:)

Visited the store on two occasions and purchased several large and small items for our nursery. On all occasions we found the team super knowledgeable, accomodating and product range fantastic. Having visited other baby stores and feeling overwhelmed at where to start for our first child, I found the Baby Road team made the process fun and easy. Special thank you to Carmel for her patience and product knowledge in answering all my questions.

Went into this store for the very first time yesterday and got greeted by Carmel- who had the best customer service, her knowledge of the products and services etc was top notch. The entire team there was also great even the guys who fitted some of the stuff into my car and plus the other lady in the back in the warehouse was great as well. I highly recommend that people go and visit this store.

The Babyroad staff here are super helpful, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We are first time parents and found other baby stores overwhelming and understaffed. Shout out to Charmaine who helped us with a pram and Carmel with a baby car seat for our little bub. Will recommend all parents to pop down for a visit.

Terrible return policy- purchase with caution. We purchased the UPPAbaby cup holder and it was useless, completely unfit for purpose and they don't accept return of unused items, only a few days later. So, we ended up having to go through UPPAbaby directly.

Very disappointed on the exchange policy. After having a very traumatic birth my mother kindly gifted an owlet. After recovery and returning home I haven’t needed a use as baby is in and out of hospital. Instead of being accommodating to a refund or exchange for an unopened and very expensive item, getting told sorry it is out of the exchange or return policy you have of 30 days and 45 for owlet is simply not good enough. I am no more than 10 days out of the 45 change of mind.

Holleigh and her fellow colleagues at Babyroad Booragon are amazing. Great customer service always. Even the warehouse staffs were always great and very helpful with putting our stuff carefully into our car.

My husband gave me a pregnancy pillow from here for Christmas however a friend gifted me hers a few days earlier. When I went to exchange the one my husband gave me, they said they don't take returns on pillows because of Covid. Despite the fact that mine was completely unopened, original seal still on and everything. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Bought a pillow for my wife- unopened and sealed, she simply wanted to exchange it for another item (not a refund). This was denied by the store, as they said they don’t accept returns on pillows due to covid (which makes no sense, but anyway…)

She left a review as she was disappointed with this- we have plenty of other items we need, and it would’ve cost the store nothing to exchange the item- in fact we would have spent much more money on that day on other items.

Frustratingly, the store has lied in a reply to her review, saying I was told of the aforementioned policy at the time of purchase. Quote “your husband will recall a discussion with our staff member who made him aware this item could not be exchanged or returned! ”

This discussion NEVER HAPPENED. I was not made aware of this policy, had I been I would have simply purchased a gift voucher instead.

We were disappointed with the manner in which we were dismissed, the nonsensical policy, and the condescending, unapologetic and dishonest nature of the staff both in store and in reply to her review.

Baby road is in a league of their own in regards to service, knowledge and product quality, variety and availability. The staff are always so helpful and know everything about their products. They aren’t pushy or don’t put any pressure on purchasing. Will not be shopping anywhere else.

Terrible refund and exchange policy. Don’t bother buying anything that has a discount because you aren’t allowed to swap it for anything or get a refund.

My husband and I received amazing customer service from Lynsey, who was able to help us from the moment we walked in. She had really good product knowledge and was really accommodating in checking stock levels of the items we wanted. Other staff were really friendly too. The store also has a huge variety of items that we weren't able to find at other baby stores, so that's a huge bonus!

A lovely store, well-laid out with beautiful (almost exclusively high-end) products.

Unfortunately, everything is ridiculously overpriced even taking the quality of the products into consideration. I have been to this store at least 30 times and can say that the majority of their products and brands are only available at the store and nowhere else in Perth (only alternative is purchasing these products online).

Lastly, depending on the day, the staff range from being friendly and knowledgeable, to dismissive and aloof.

I recently received excellent customer service from Rachel who assisted me in getting a baby monitor that would work in my home, and again from other team members when I needed to upgrade from a capsule to a baby car seat. They fitted it on the day for me! Every staff member here is so knowledgeable on their products, they are never in a rush and I feel they are selling products they genuinely believe in. My baby and I love the many products we have from this store and after recent customer service we won’t bother with the big chains anymore.

Absolutely appalling customer service. My husband and I have spent close to $5,000 in this store to get the essential big items for our baby. We had a change of mind on a Pram that was on laybuy to be told if we wanted to exchange it for something else we had to pay for the item in full and then would be charged 20% of the price. That was close to $500. The management where not prepared to negotiate and we were told that’s the store policy you signed when you put the item on laybuy. I have not heard of any store charging their customers to exchange items and we where even prepared to spend the difference in the store! I will never shop here again or recommend baby road to any soon to be mums. They are only interested in their bottom line and have no regard for their customer needs or interests. Just appalling.

We've been into this store more times than I can count over the past few months and we couldn't ask for better service. The staff know their stuff, aren't pushy and absolutely always go the extra mile to put minds at ease or to accommodate individual requests.
