Baby Spa Perth

Took my 4 month old baby this morning as a friend bought us a gift voucher, and she loved it! She is currently sleeping like the dead

My baby girl absolutely loved it, was a great experience, 4 stars only because I thought it was quite costly for what it was,
Staff were all lovely, overall great experience

I took of my babies for the spa and they both really enjoyed the experience. The staff very friendly and professional. My babies have a really good sleep after the spa. Highly recommend ️

Have brought all of my three babies here in last few years, lovely experience and as always staff are amazing and so friendly and gentle with babies

We absolutely loved our experience today at The baby spa. We went for the novelty but would actually go back after how much the babies loved it and the ladies that work there are amazing at their job

Had a wonderful experience with my little one! They loved the pool, almost didn't want to get out! They slept so well after as well!

We brought our 5 week old baby here and had the wonderful Laurie who was so so lovely and we can’t recommend her enough she was so good with our baby. Our baby loved the whole experience and slept so well afterwards

We took our 6mnth old in yesterday and he loved every second of it. Being school holidays we had our older 2 kids with us and they where very accommodating in letting them get involved and play with their brother while he was in the spa! The staff were great and our baby definitely had a beautiful experience, especially during the massage. Highly recommend and something we wish we had done much sooner for our water loving baby!

Disappointed. The concept of this is great but overall experience is overrated and overpriced. I’d bought many vouchers for mums at this place and to finally have tried it myself for my little bubs was disappointing. Service of the staff was surprising as they don’t come to check on you after baby’s spa or to say bye and thank you and could definitely do with some customer service training. As for the baths and towels, I’m surprised this isn’t a little more hygienic considering the recommended age being is vulnerable to infections etc.the total time in bath was so rushed and even for those moms who have crying babies, believe me, the staff will make you feel as if your baby is the only child on the planet to cry and behave that way.

Don’t believe I’d recommend this to any new time moms.sorry to say.

Booked my son in at the Baby Spa Perth provided his date of birth ect… then drove 45 mins to the Spa to wait another 40 mins in their waiting room to be told he is too old and too active to do the session.

Absolute waste of time

Parking was a bit hard to find, but I was at the right place at the right time and snagged one close to the entrance. The ladies inside were so friendly and accommodating. It was the best customer service I have received in a long time. My daughter enjoyed the bath experience but was crying a lot during the massage. The lady looking after us was so patient and comforting and tried her best to calm her. I did find it overpriced for the service, and this is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

I found the place very clean and very friendly. The girl was lovely who looked after us for the duration of Florence’s spa and massage. We were gifted this experience but I think we will definitely be back after seeing how much our baby enjoyed it.

Loved our experience for our little boy Ollie when he was just 5 weeks old and then again when he was 2 months old. So relaxing and nurturing.
Beautiful staff and warm atmosphere.
And you can also go with friends bubs so they can enjoy the experience together

Clean, warm spa, very friendly staff. My 6 month old loved his massage sessions with Izzy and Ella. Been there twice!

Went today. Fantastic! Girls lovely. My granddaughter Averley absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend.

We had the most beautiful experience here with our 15 week old. The staff were gorgeous, so fantastic with our daughter and it was such a relaxing treat!

When we were there there was a sad little excuse of a man (English and tattooed) verbally abusing the staff about the fact he didn’t use a gift voucher in time and the kid was now too old! Put it on Facebook mate! He was feral. It was truely disgusting- I wouldn’t expect that behaviour from a toddler. I’d be ashamed if that was my husband. No one should ever shout at anyone in such a manner, especially young women trying their best to help. The staff handled it amazingly and kept their cool. They deserve an award for that, let alone the amazing experience they gave our little girl.

Fantastic experience with our little one - he hadn’t slept beforehand, and so was a little temperamental, but his therapist was amazing. It was such a great experience

Talented staff, lovely environment
Being a Baby facility I was surprised they had two steps to get into the building with no ramp.

My 4 year old loved his little float session and massage. A bit on the pricey side but worth it.

The baby spa was a really fun experience for our child and us. She is 9 weeks old and the first time we have experienced water (apart from the bath) and she loved it. The staff were great and made it a really good experience. The massage was very relaxing for her too, definately give it a go!
