3 Baby massage with Lu is such a calm, welcoming environment for a new mum. Lu is full of so much knowledge and some great tips too. Learning to correctly massage my baby has created not only a happier baby but daily one on one time with lots of eye contact and chats. Her sleep patterns have greatly improved and I can notice when massage hasn’t been used for a few days.
I felt so welcome and at ease in the class. It was obvious the baby was the centre of the class and everything was done around them to ensure they were calm and happy. I will happily complete a course again or learn new techniques. I have recommend to many friends who are just as happy.
