I cannot begin to thank B1 Homes for the amazing job they have done for me and my dad with our new home. I would like to especially thank Cuan who spent time with me and showed us blocks, designs and answered all our questions. Nothing was too much work for him:)

I would also like to thank Dean and Rob in drafting for the amazing job they did on design, Jodie who was beyond amazing with prestart and my favorite by far Namratha - slab manager who had my slab down within weeks of settlement and the team did an amazing job.

Could not recommend this company more. Can wait to see my home go up:)

Very Unprofessional and somewhat deceitful. B1 Homes was a waste of time. Not only would they not design a home to my needs but they requested a copy of my bank statement showing my savings after I submitted my bank-issued pre-approval letter. Is that even legal? I asked this question from my broker and lawyer to which both confirmed that this is neither legal nor required by any builder. Do your job of the builder not my banker please. They refused to refund my deposit after I told them that I would not be using their services. They were quick to demand my deposit after telling me that it was required for a "price-lock" in November. Other builders that I have now spoken to advise that December 15,2023 is the last "price-lock" date. There are many other reputable builders in WA, thanks for nothing B1 Homes. You should not take advantage of people, you are not the only builder out there.

Donna is my Liaison Officer, and I can't fault her professionalism and efficiency. Donna always responds quickly to any questions I might have and goes above and beyond to assist where she can.

The new building is wonderful and most of staff there are friendly, but the agent I booked appointment with, wasn't professional. I asked some questions and he didn't get back to me for almost 6 months. Still waiting.

It's a building where all the different actors/professionals in the construction sector are located. I went there to get information and eventually to apply to buy a house. There is a nice showroom (they have to promote the best of their products of course ;-), but nothing revolutionary neither. The professional with who I spoke was nice and.professional.

Worst experience ever. Communication was lacking & they only want to take your money. Waited for more than a year for any communication from them, turned out our agent has left, and they did not say anything about our finance status. Don’t build with these people!

Preconstruction - We just finished our prestart meeting and have been very impressed with the B1 homes team so far.

Cuan, Jodie and Adam have all made us feel very welcome and relaxed throughout the process. We believe our new home is in safe hands and we're looking forawd to seeing the end result.

The completely unprofessional method of this business should lead to their licence being revoked. The money you might save by engaging this pathetic business is money you will spend later because of their illegal actions (can support this).

DO NOT, under any circumstance, engage this business in building anything.

The second star is purely for the subcontractors who are simply doing their job.

Avoid at all cost! Hit with over $65000 in price increase since contract signing! 13 months later and still no end in sight.

The entire staff are professional and responsive to our queries. The building inspector that we hired, told us the workmanship is very good.

Full circle 9 month guaruntee isn't worth the paper it is written on - im now at month 10 and still waiting on a roof.

I began dealing with b1 Homes this time last year and I now regret wasting all that time. I waited so long with land delays and contracts and now I’m being told my land has been cancelled as I can’t afford it anymore. Also, communication has been terrible especially trying to get a hold of that broker. To make things worse, b1 Homes won’t even refund me the 3k initial deposit I made. I suggest anyone not to deal with this bunch!

From the start of the process until the end this company had excellent communication and were upfront about all costs making the whole thing super easy for me as a first home buyer/builder.
I built during the height of the covid restrictions/supply issues. Despite this, there were minimal delays and I was informed of the constraints throughout the whole build. Nearly a year on from moving in and the place is amazing, have had no problems at all.

Karla McLean was absolutely fabulous to deal with. Very professional at all times. She said what she was going to do and followed through every time. Very easy to talk to and full of great advice. I would highly recommend Karla to anyone considering building.

Building with B1 homes during the difficulties of the pandemic was both a positive and mutually frustrating process. Whilst the original turnaround time was advised as 9 months by the salesman actually ended up being 18. However I appreciate that this timeframe was far better than many companies. I was hit with a few price increases which were somewhat expected however I would have appreciated a personalised call instead of a generic email which was sent to all B1 customers asking for payment. I would suggest communication to be improved as it was hard to find out information and I consistently had to follow up to know what was happening and when the build would progress. The quality of the build has been great so far and there have not been many issues raised at all in initial inspections. As B1 sell themselves as a first home specialist, I would suggest just being transparent about the additions a new to building owner would need to address outside of the standard costs (such as that painting walls is extra, fly screen front door is not included, fencing extensions to actually close the house from being accessed by the street are needed, and aircon upgrades so it is efficient etc etc). Looking forwards to living in my new home and have been advised that B1 can support if any issues arise which has been comforting.

They are LIARS. Promised us a “9 month guarantee” and that they “cleared their backlog from the housing grant”. Meanwhile its almost been a YEAR since the pad went down and I don’t have a roof. The steel is rusting in the driveway. The insulation is ripping out of the walls.
And it’s always the same excuses. DO NOT BUILD with B1. Or any Scott Park Group homes.

Good amount of time for the house being built and good communication with all the Team at B1 homes as I work Fifo so can't always be in town which they worked around it with online documents to sign good company definitely build with them again

Absolute thieves. I have paid $3000 deposit. I was given a block of land in February, its now November and titles are still not even close to ready. I asked to be given different land. My request was completely ignored, after all the interest rates over the last year I now can no longer afford the original house plan, so had to cancel. B1 Homes had only got as far as drafting, and are refusing to return any of my deposit. I would NEVER recommend going through B1 Homes.

Great job! Extremely happy with the build. Richard Wetterhahn was our consultant and designed a custom home that was attuned to the needs of our family. Thank you, Richard and B1.
