I have encountered numerous issues throughout my interactions with your company, and it has become apparent that your organization has achieved the status of being the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Firstly, the lack of professionalism exhibited by your customer service representatives is appalling. Whenever I attempted to contact your company for assistance, I was met with rude and unhelpful individuals who seemed disinterested in resolving my concerns. Their dismissive attitude and lack of knowledge regarding basic company policies only added to my frustration.

I find it deeply concerning that your company seems to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. It is evident that you have failed to establish a customer-centric approach, as your actions consistently demonstrate a complete disregard for the needs and concerns of your patrons

Order in advance for some items, staff try really hard, very busy, see their website for more help

Just received all varieties of products that we ordered and excellent services are provided by patient staff members

Absolutely shocking service. Owners may have different standards for choosing staffs as all other shops. They must be too busy making money online to attend to customers that walk-in

Paying people to 'formula shop' so you can export to China and make big profit may be a good move for you financially but ethically it is not good! Shame on you!

Visited both the retail store and the parcel collection store next door. Rewriting my review as I think my message didn't get through based on the owner's response to my previous review.

To be fair, the retail store looks great and seems like it has a wide range of products. Upon entering the store, the cashier almost immediately noticed I was holding a Fastway courier collection slip and directed me next door without me having to say anything. Well done!

Upon entering the parcel collection store next door, I showed my collection slip to one of the staff on the right of the store (who wasn't in uniform so she might not be working directly for the warehouse) and she asked me to approach any of the other staff on the left of the store. Good job on her part!

As for areas for improvement, it would be good if the warehouse staff could be more aware of customers waiting at the counter to collect their items, as a few customers and I waited for about 5 minutes with no one attending to us. Perhaps they could put a bell at the counter so customers can attract the attention of the staff.

Also, it would be great if the staff could interact in a friendlier way with customers. A small polite gesture can go a long way to make the customers feel welcomed and even make the staff's job easier as customers will be more cooperative. Customers would even recommend their friends and family to shop here in the future. This would be a win-win for everyone.

All in all, this place has got some good things going for it and has the potential to reach greater heights if they accept constructive feedback and make their stores a great place to shop! =)
