Avivo

Avivo has a great culture. They walk the walk and talk the talk. Avivo continously thrives for the better and are a great place to work. Customers are Avivo's focus, whilst Avivo is aware that customer satisfaction can only be reached by keeping colleagues (employees) happy, too.

I’ve worked with Avivo almost 10 years and have loved being part of an organisation evolving to meet the needs of customers. Avivo have fantastic training opportunities for employees, ranging from in house workshops to formal qualifications. When I started with Avivo I had no Community Services Industry qualifications, but will soon have a Cert 3 in Individual Support. I then have the opportunity to do Cert 4 in either Disabilities, Mental Health or Aged Care, I’m still deciding what to choose! I’ve really noticed how building my knowledge and skills has also benefitted my customers; Avivo is building a qualified and skilful workforce which, coupled with the natural compassion and caring nature of support employees, makes for a high level of care and support for our customers)

I currently work for Avivo in the Finance Department. We are an AMAZING team with incredible leadership in a organisation who values its customers. You aren’t just a number at Avivo. Our CEO Kate is inspirational and is leading the organisation in a strong and positive direction. So proud to be part of this wonderful organisation.

Fantastic organisation to work for, very customer focussed with a person centred approach. Staff our compassionate and really care about the customers. I am proud to work for Avivo. We do have funder challenges (NDIS) where customers needs are not being met due to lack of funding.

Avivo have been fantastic! I have been connected with Rachel and Mandy and they are both truly exceptional! The support they have provided after the recent, tragic loss of my beloved sister has been an absolute Godsend. I can't thank both of them enough. No words can express my level of gratitude
