Worst experience Ive ever come across in insurance. Was given the run around by a country outlet for nearly two years. Was given advise by head office in Midland and then was told totally different advice after the claim was settled of which the payout would not even cover the cost of paint. Shop manager was more interested in drinking at the local pub rather than helping their own customers. We would leave messages and never have anyone return our phone calls. We have now left and have gone to a better insurance broker. I would not recommend AVISO to anyone ever
