The employee was a bit abrupt at first, but very helpful. Our spare tire was obtained and fitted within two hours. Although the tire size was not standard.

We too would have given zero if we were able to. The customer service was appalling. The rudest lady that I have ever met. It was a very poor start to a holiday that we were very much looking forward to. We will NEVER use Avis Kununurra again.

Paid nearly $1000 to hire a car for 4 days. I was "upgraded" to a 4x4 with melted rear tyres, windows so filthy (inside AND out!) that they were impossible to see through when the sun hit them, a boot that was badly dented and didn't open, and worn out windscreen wipers that didn't clear the windscreen at all. $250 a day for a car that was questionably roadworthy, run down, not fully functional and absolutely filthy. Not impressed!

The worst customer service I have experienced. I actually felt like I was in trouble or had done the wrong thing by organising a hire car, at one point I was nearly in tears because the lady at the desk was so angry I had hired the available 4WD!

Ordered a Mitsubishi Pajero 4wd Drive for Ivanhoe crossing, got something completely different, was told I can’t drive there. Such a disappointment.

Worst customer service I have experienced in years. The manager could NOT have been more unhelpful and rude if she tried. Not what I expect from the Avis brand at all. Manager caused huge amounts of unnecessary stress for our team all because she can't follow process or return phone calls.
I would strongly recommend using Budget Kununurra if you have the option.

Shocker of customer service experience.the Agent we had is much suited to work in a prison not at all a customer service oriented person.really letting down the Avis image

Not the best choice for cars. Car had a lot of damage but i guess there doing the best they can

If I could give 0/5 I would. Absolutely appalling customer service. Arrive to pick up our car, given something smaller but expected to pay the same amount. Was not contact prior to change arrangements. Have had to come back to the airport multiple times for possible car change overs, no follow up and still no car but have taken the money. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.

A very poor experience. The customer service person was unhelpful and rude. The car had a broken fog light and broken internal handrail which we were not informed of. When we followed it up, the staff had us standing arounf for 20 minutes to say 'yeh we know'.
Also items left in car from previous people.
