6Great service and well organised all round regarding picking up the vehicle. Mine spec vehicle had all the fruit to pass inspection and get into site. Vehicle was clean inside and out, full of fuel and ready for work.
Lady at the counter yesterday was super rude, asked her a question and she waved her hand Infront a rude gesture asking me to wait like that, didn't end up getting the car anyway
Great team and very accomodating. Nothing was an issue! Highly recommend to go with Avis Karratha. Great service. Rented a 4x4 and was perfect!
Speedy and friendly service and always a great range of vehicles. A special shout out to Sandra who was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company.
Got a good deal, but the counter price couldn't be beaten by online reservation deal. So check online first, then present booking number to the desk and they will process it.
Friendly efficient service and calling to extend hire was no problem, and I did that twice.
Vehicle was upgraded through booking
Charged my credit card $200.66 and couldn't explain costs or refund in sufficient timing. Wouldn't call back when asked for a return call nor could explain why they had charged this amount. Very disappointing. Terrible customer service.
