Disgusting service for the 2nd time I have had to deal with branch this year due to hire car thru Allianz claim

Great experience with Avis Car & Truck Rental in Osborne Park. Quick and friendly service!

The staffs are friendly and helpful, however the vehicles and policies were not to my liking. Made booking for a Mitsubishi Outlander and similar range cars, however got a Nissan X Trail. For my 6 days rental and trip, this X Trail was not ideal. Fuel consumption is average but the in-car option are no where near the Outlander. Plus, the Outlander is slightly larger in terms of the shape which provides ease for camping. The location of this particular outlet was not suitable for me as it was a little outside of my way especially with the peak hour and city traffic. The policy does not allow much wiggle room for delayed returns of vehicles. Hence, it was a rushed return during busy traffic hours. There are other car rental companies (big 4s), which are easy with their policies and are located at less traffic area. Would recommend to reconfirm the car made/model prior to actual pick-up. My mistake was not checking that prior to collection.

Love all the Staff ladiesss on the front all is very beautiful, professional, very polite and patient! Amazing service I got the car was Kia very super dooper clean and smells good just smells like brand new car! Thank you Avis

I hired a car in October 2020. A wonderful girl Jamie helped me with a problem I had with a booking as my employer made a mistake with the booking. She was very patient, warm and professional. Thanks Jamie

Yeah don't go here. The staff are comically bad. Took 30 minutes for three people to serve me between their pottering around like dementia patients.

We returned the car yesterday, John inspected and was all good. Tracy called mid morning today and claimed that we scratch the car but was unable to provide evidence when queried. Untrustworthy and rude, you need to be very careful with this business.

Best walk across the street to do business with other car rental company in the vicinity.

Trust is a must for businesses. I am prompted to write this review share our experience on the unethical practices this business employ to screw it's customers.

We returned the car and keys yesterday and returned the keys to John, we walked around it and noted one bird poo and it was all good according to John. We received a call mid morning from Tracy today claiming that it has scratch on it! No scratches were noted on the returned of the car when it was returned.

This business just lost my trust and Avis in general. #AVISsucks.

The best service I've had from avis staff. Completely amazing! The ladies really look after you! Will be back here next time I need a hire vehicle.

Rented an SUV for a quick trip to the Pinnacles and down South with some overseas visitors from Japan. The lady at the front desk was lovely to deal with and the car was quite new and drove nicely. Dropped the car off and had the same pleasant experience. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Customer Service was fantastic! I have never had a car rental go so smoothly and the mini van we hired was so clean. Very helpful staff and nothing was an issue. Will definitely hire from here again. Well Done and keep up the great work.

Worst consumer service I have ever received Owner completely rude, aggregate and dismissive of the 5 weeks business we hd already given them and the 10weeks business which was booked in. Will NEVER use AVIS OSEBORNE PARK again.
THRIFTY across the corner are great!

Hired out a small removal truck. Truck was clean, drove well and fairly priced. Unfortunately I had an accident in the truck and scraped the side of the body. The staff were incredibly fair and reasonable with the damages and turned what could have been a nightmare into a minor inconvenience. Highly recommended!

Got a quote for a car over the phone and went in and the price doubled. Customer service was very poor. I'll just use Thrifty again next time
