6 Every time I hire a car here I regret it.
It’s the worst AVIS in the country - by far.
Why doesn’t the preferred board just work like EVERYWHERE else in the country?
It’s a disaster - who do I send the invoice to for the time I waste in your office?
Soooo sloooow.
Waited over 1 hour in queue. There were only 5 groups of ppl ahead of us when we joined queue, so should'nt have taken so long. Especially on a 41 degree day!
Also, the baggage trolley return thing situated here is broken - appears to have been broken for some time.
The pick-up process was complicated and long. After 10 minutes I had to wait another 40 minutes because the car wasn't ready.
Absolutely useless service wait 40 minutes in the line and then you have to wait another 30 minutes while they bring the car to you.
Seriously need to streamline your process guys it's not that hard.
Came 6 months ago got the keys and into the car minutes
I'm extremely unhappy with the service here due to significant delays. The waiting time is consistently over an hour, which is disgraceful
Pretty low effort on the part of staff, Avis have their own issues but staff could be way more helpful
