Took my 2017 VW polo for an aircon regas and to have some globes replaced. They were upfront that they couldn’t find a leak so put some dye in to assist in diagnosis as the pressure test was normal. Got the call that the job was done, so collected the car. Drove home and the number plate light warning immediately came on (I was after closing time). Pulled over and took a look and it was obviously hanging out so just plugged it back in.

Two days later I had a noxious smell coming from the aircon. A couple more days later it was no longer cold. So I booked it back in and they diagnosed that the evaporator needed to be replaced which is a time consuming and therefore expensive job plus the genuine vw part is quite expensive. The person serving me kindly said he should be able to locate an aftermarket evaporator which would at least get that side of the costs down to a more reasonable level.

After waiting over a week for a call back.nothing but crickets. So I gave them a call and the guy who answered basically said "yeh nah we didn’t find one aye ” then hung up. So far $175 down the toilet on the aircon and no closer to a solution. Thanks guys appreciate the help and customer service. Attention to detail on the lights obviously wasn’t great either.

Jeremy helped me install and fit my supplied LED indicator which was advertised to have a built-in resistor. However, upon installation, the indicator hyperflashes as expected due to LED drawing less power than incandescent bulb. He sourced me an external load resistor within the same day and fitted it with no issues. 5/5 for customer care and service.

Switched on younger tradies, with great customer service.
Worked through some difficult diagnostics, and also did a good job of explaining the issue to me.
Highly recommend.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Booked my car in 2 weeks ago. Dropped it off at 9am today, was told maybe 12 for pick up, went to the workshop at 1.50pm to see how it was going and they HADN'T EVEN LOOKED AT IT.staff sitting around on the computer when I walked in. NO CARE FACTOR FROM STAFF, that they had had my car for over 4 hours and hadn't even looked at it. FURIOUS

Free aircon check before my nullabour trip. Also replaced a h4 plug that melted

Because of the impending rain I dropped into Auto Spark in Myaree on a recomendation to see if they could help me out in an emergency in case it started to bucket down.
They took time out to have a look at the power window cluster and changed out the correct fuse

They changed out the power window fuse and and had then working within a few minutes.
