Chris and the team were fantastic, communicated impeccably and did an amazing job sorting out my 4x4. They gave me a detailed breakdown of everything in a quote making it clear where the unknown costs were. They kept me up to date with everything going on and went above and beyond any mechanics I have ever used on several occasions (my petrol tank had split and several other unexpected issues arose just before I had taken it in for a service so the job was bigger than they expected. They fitted in an extra days work on the car so we could continue on with our trip on time saving us a heap of money and hassle). I would recommended to anyone to book yourselves in with Autoplus WA - these guys are the most professional mechanics ever. Thanks team

This was my first visit to AutoPlus WA. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The work done is clearly explained, documented, and reasonably priced. Issues are resolved appropriately; I thought I needed an air con regas but it was a blocked filter - no unnecessary work was done to make more money.
I will definitely be coming back!

Had a DOT inspection, staff were extremely nice. My inspector was thorough and informative to what I needed. Made the whole process simple like it should be. Nice work guys.

DoT Inspection for inter-state transfer - sharing my feedback I shared with Chris by email -

On Tuesday I brought my Rav4 through for DoT roadworthy check which is my second vehicle to be check at Autoplus (inter-state transfer). I live in Joondalup and travelled through to Autoplus given the good experience last year with my first vehicle.

Just like to thank you and the team for great service and no-nonsense inspection which is the reason I travelled through.

Observation whilst in the waiting room with staff attending to other customers – nothing was too much trouble, every customer was treated as the most important customer, the mechanic actually talks to the customer in person (seldom see that happening) and has a genuine interest in addressing their needs. Mel and Danielle were at the desk and both are excellent. 100% all round and cannot suggest how things could be improved (apart from relocating to Joondalup).

Just thought it was good to share my feedback and well done on running the place so well.
