4Absolutely loved the sale, shame the manager took an hour break and left assistant to do all the work.
Tried to call to ask if they had a selection of tops not available in the size I needed online. Had style codes ready and everything. The lady wasn’t even willing to have a look for me because the items were sale items and said that it was too hard to look as they had too much sale stock and the codes wouldn’t help in locating them. How unhelpful, have had no trouble calling and locating them in the past (even sale items with codes many a time)
I’m actually a very regular customer in this store as well as online BUT the person who picked up the phone didn’t seem to be very interested in helping me.
Maybe you should get out of retail as you seem to lack any form of professionalism in the area of customer service. I think the new manager was actually the recipient of this call and as a word of wisdom from a consumer; most Perth Autograph stores have closed down and if you want your store to stay alive then you should probably be a bit more helpful to the people who spend their money there.
