Took in my Mazda to repair my brake lights for my car. Autobahn were able to source a part and repair it quickly on the day. Great job!

Had to get alternator fixed and kind of dumped the car at their doorstep. They were super welcoming and happy to help. Fixed it Friday/Saturday and got it back Saturday lunch.

I am very pleased of their excellent customer service! Both of my car's headlights were off last night so I called this morning to see if the team can have a look. Blake and team were kind enough to be able to squeeze my car in eventhough they're fully booked. (I probably sounded and looked a bit panick). I have prepared myself to wait with no estimated finished time, but in less than 20 minutes my car was ready! So now I don't need to use the high beam lights again tonight! Thank you again Blake and team!

Fantastic communication and service. Dropped in to see if they could check my brakes and balance and rotate my tyres. Blake organised to the tyre balance, rotation and alignment then checked brakes, organised repairs and had it sorted by the end of the day.

Worse experience ever and such a rip off,
Came to change my headlight and they double over charged me from the last time just for the headlight that I changed a month ago and I tried to explain that to him but his response was rude with an attitude.definitely don’t recommend

I just had my one of headlight globes and one of my tail light globes replaced, fantastic! Genuinely the crew here are amazing, Blake is amazing, gentle, very kind and knowledgeable. The mechanics are astounding you guys rock! Thank you crew at Autobahn for your amazing work and keep it up! I will definitely be back here in the future!

I stopped in at Autobahn to get a tyre repaired as I had a flat with a screw through the tread. They repaired it on the spot, for free! I'll definitely be giving them more business in the future

I come from down south and booked my car in at autobahn VIC Park for its 125 000km service.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were Emmett and everything was done to a high standard.
Blake, one of the staff members there, was in constant communication with me to make sure I knew what was going on.
Not only was the service amazing but when I tested positive for Covid they made sure to do everything they could to help me and get my car back to me.
I could not recommend this business highly enough, I will not be going anywhere else

I had my Car full serviced here. Blake was very polite from the beginning. He explained me in detail about all the repairs needed. When I went there to pick up my car, he cleared all my queries by showing demos about the repairs and was very helpful. Blake really exceeded my expectations. Also they provided a complementary car wash and my car is shining. Huge thanks to the whole team- from booking service to Servicing to Pick up. Will definitely be using their service moving forward.

Provided a very in depth assessment of my car. Blake helped me over the phone and in store, making sure I understood what everything meant and broke it down in a way that made it easy to understand as someone who is not very car savvy.

I needed my car serviced and a engine warning light sorted. Stacey was able to get my car in within a few days. They did a great job and the car was handed back nice clean, inside and out. They found a few extra things that needed doing and notified me. We discussed priority and costing of these jobs, then decided what to do on this visit. Will definately be back.good job guys.

I don't have any knowledge about car service, even a basic car checking. I was in the city for work training and I was in a car trouble the whole day. I needed an "emergency" help before the closing time and customer service was very wonderful. Willing to give a spot to have my car checked and serviced so I will be safe during my long trip back home to the country side. Keep up the good work
