Store Manager Brendon and his team worked hard to rectify a problem ordering a replacement Ford part. This was entirely the fault of Ford, yet the team at Autobahn Innaloo worked around the issue and generously took ownership in the name of customer service. I've been going here for a couple of years now. I think they do a great job and recommend them.

Came in for a service. Easy to book, great communication. Had been meaning to get the wheels aligned etc.and forgot to ask to have it done - they sent through a recommendation to do this. Booked in to do the work the following week. Ride is much better.

Had an issue when we left. Drove straight back and the chap on the front desk diagnosed the issue and had it sorted in no time. No dramas and easy as.

These blokes were absolute legends!
I got pulled over by the cops on Thursday evening to say that I had a blown left tail light on my Suzuki Jimny.

No one could help me; but I gave these blokes a call at 230pm on Friday afternoon, and they did it that afternoon without any hesitation!

The guys at Autobarn mechanical Innaloo changed out my indicator globe for me on the spot for small fee. Other places I called either didn't have the globe in stock or didn't have a fitting service. Very happy thanks guys.

Booked my ute in after being quoted over $200 more from a competitor close by for the very same service. Very professional and friendly, great price and my car was also washed and vacuumed prior to me picking it up. Was just a no nonsense experience and it's now running beautifully. Great experience at AutoBahn today. Needed a new Bulb and Dan was super helpful. Dan had me in and out in 5mins and even topped up my Coolant. Really impressed my the professionalism and I've booked my car in for more work in 2 weeks time as I was so impressed by my first experience. Thanks Dan.

I had an issue with unlocking/locking one of my car doors. Autobahn Innaloo found it was an alignment issue and fixed it. As they considered it a simple job they did not charge me for it! I also had a puncture in one tyre. Due to the location of puncture and type of repair required they were unable to do it, however they offered me advice and recommended a local tyre store.
Friendly, professional, honest, great customer service, happy to answer your questions and I got my car back on time! Will definitely consider having my next car service at Autobahn Innaloo. Thank you.

My Ute had a service and rear brakes done recently and the quality of the work and customer service was fantastic as it always is. I was pleasantly surprised that My ute was even treated to a clean inside and out.

My TRD Hi-lux feels like new again, great job guys like always, been going to the Innaloo centre for a few years now. Had the regular tune and additional shockabsorber replacement completed which included the required parts. The Innaloo team were excellant.
