Thanks fella, I stopped in yesterday with a screw in tyer they repaired the puncher straight away with no charge thank again.

These guys were good when I started taking my car there about four years ago. Now if you go in for a regular service they send you a list of additional things they think you should have done, including new wheels (I got new wheel installed less than 6 months ago and the thread is untouched). They don't even vac the interior of your car anymore. Don't believe all the positive reviews from accounts with only a handful of ratings. Telling the rest of my family, none of us will be going here again.

Huge thank you to Andrew for helping me out today! Great staff and amazing service Autobahn. The trouble I have had trying to get someone to look at my tail lights and Andrew had it all taken care of in 10 mins. 5 stars definitely deserved.

Went to the shop, told them I had a problem with my right tire. They reviewed and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Turns out I had a small nail puncturing the tire. They let me go free of charge and I was totally shocked. Wonderful people and excellent customer service

I got a flat battery when going to fill up my car next door at the servo. I have Roadside Assistance- they were quoting more than two hours wait time. The clerk at the servo said to ask the guys at Autobahn for assistance. I went in and told the guy at the counter and his apprentice was already onto getting the charger before I'd finished speaking and they followed me out. Helped push the car out from the bowser and got the car started immediately. Restored my faith in humanity and was shocked how FRIENDLY AND GENUINE both guys were and did not make me feel like a hassle to them. Even showed me how to release the gear from P to N when locked. THANK YOU SO MUCH!:)

Reasonably priced, easy to communicate with and a job well done.
I have used for other services like timing belt replacement and very happy.

James gave great customer service, i advised him of a fault over the phone, he suggested to come in as he thought he had seen it before. Confirmed it was as suspected, has ordered parts and will adress when it comes in. Provided a temporary fix to keep me on the road, couldn't ask for more. Thanks James.

I go to Autobahn Cockburn for all my car servicings and issues. There's no stupid questions and trust me being a car newbie I've asked some very stupid ones. Today I dropped my car off in regards to my shaky steering wheel. And the tyres needed changing which was done for 0 fee. I was pleasantly surprised. And was advised to see Tyre experts for wheel alignment. Thanks to the Autobahn Cockburn team for great service!

I recently had a check error issue and I had to go to another mechanic because Autobahn were booked out.
The other mechanic couldn’t find the problem. As soon as I was able to book in at Autobahn in Cockburn, James and staff took care of my care and found the problem and fixed it!

Great people and helped me to replace battery free of charge. Something very hard to find or even expect people to do these days

They don’t include how much mm is left in your brake pads. Turns out I needed to change my brake pads and they didn’t even find out. And I mentioned to them that there were noises coming from my brakes. Where was the full inspection?
They don’t change the air filter in the service, there is an extra $50 charge for it, where most mechanics would have included this in a so called full service.
They replaced my wiper blades, I ask them if it’s the whole thing, because my lower end is rusty, they said yes, but they only replaced the upper end.
I requested to do my car first in the morning because I have no where else to go but to wait, they refused.
Overall not a pleasant experience, won’t go back again

My experience:
Did a re-gas. It leaked after a year. They did it for free. It leaked after 6 months. They did for free again, and also admitted it was a faulty O-ring and valve, which was out of their control.

Yesterday I popped in as it was getting dark as my two headlights stopped working. I never booked an appointment but AJ dropped what he was doing and came out and helped me out straight away. Within a few minutes he fixed one light and replaced the other without even charging me.

Excellent service. Keep up the good work.

Thanks to Callum, Tony and their team for running such a reliable top quality business and customer service. They go beyond what is required. For example, they replaced my car lights free of charge the other day. Also, they handled my car problem quite efficiently where others couldn't even diagnose. Now, I only take my car to them.
