Autobahn Mechanical and Electrical Services Cannington

Beware I highly advise you to go elsewhere for your car service needs. Had my car service and I knew I had a leaking radiator quoted me a disgusting $1300 for the service and new radiator only paid for the service opted out to get the radiator done elsewhere which was a blessing only paid $300 with different mechanic will not comeback to autobahn ever again.

It has been over 2 weeks and my vehicle still drives amazing! I am giving this a very high review because out of over 6 years servicing I always have had an unpleasant experience regardless I opt for the highest $ service. I have been to 3 different service centers, majority of the split is from where I bought my vehicle and the other was from the service centre of my vehicle's make and an odd time from Autobahn's competition. Within those 6 years a number of times I have to return to service to the service centre where I bought my vehicle and with the others they were low service quality. Hi Chris, Roy and team! My vehicle after servicing with you has been running very fine, I have never experienced this before in the past. The acceleration and engagement are far superior compared to services in the past. You did not slap on unecessary/not yet requiered expenses which is very appreciated in todays cost of living. Giving you all the stars Google has to offer and praises to your services. I will come back and recommend your shop. Please continue to maintain your service and quality. -PaulT

This was the first time I have ever gotten my car serviced and I was delighted at Autobahn Canningtons service. Ill admit that I’m not that well equipped with car or mechanical knowledge, but every step of the process was explained in a manner befitting my amateur experience, which helped me understand the services and adjustments needed for my car.

Two employees I engaged with were Haylee on front desk who quickly and efficiently got me signed up for my car servicing. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Upon arrival to pick up my car she was quick to find my details and went through everything on my transcript to ensure I understood what was done and what I would need to keep an eye out for.

Chris was aiding Haylee during my recollect and was very personable and knowledgeable. Discussed my cars uniqueness and his methods to find parts for my particular car highlighted his know how and experience, and his friendly attitude helped my slight anxiousness at my inexperience.

The service provided made this experience efficient and worth it. They also put jellybeans in my cup holder which was a nice touch.

Car came out with a good clean and a new oil cap, they definitely go above and beyond for the service, well worth the money!

I have been going here since 2010 for my services, ask for Marco or Chris for all your car mechanical needs.

Bad experience, never go back again there, my AUDI A4, is even worse than before I go there, just for a full service, they can't do it properly.

These guys will scam you. I went to another mechanic who pointed out over 500$ in work had not even been attempted. They charged me for replacing a front sway bar which wasn't even in the car at all.and charged me 200$ to replace 4 tail shaft bolts which they didn't replace. After I tried to point it out the the manager, Chris, he tried to put the blame on me.

Maybe just a bad coincidence but alternator died less than two weeks or 100 km after service and remaining brake pad report showed more material remaining than previous services. Makes me wonder if they really did the work. Previous experiences were better, especially when dealing with the owner, Marko.

Very honest people! Marco and Chris are very friendly and helpful. They patiently explained my car's problems. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them. I ll take my other car to them in the future.

Had a really good experience with autobahn cannington guys were really friendly and helpful very quick will recommend coming back again.

I had a totally mind blowing experience yesterday when I had to tow my X5 to Autobahn Cannington due locked parking brake. I needed the car for an important assignment the next day.
After explaining my problem to Chris, I was expecting the worst case scenario.
To my total and wonderful surprise, when I left the workshop about 10 minutes later, Marco called to say my car is good to go. Unbelievable!
They managed to erase the fault and reckon it was a computer glitch.
Both Chris and Marco were very friendly, helpful and professional in dealing with my nightmare and saving me from a major disaster.
Highly recommended and commendable service!
