The most helpful and friendliest staff. Our situation was not an easy one but nothing was a problem at all!

Friendly efficient service from the Banksia Grove Team, fast turn around, explained the problem really clearly in layman's terms and offered an affordable option for me to get my car back on the road fast. Would recommend them to anyone.

I arrived at reception mid morning, a few Saturdays ago, all out of sorts asking for a little help after I spent about an hour trying to get an old bike rack off the tow ball of my ute…shifting spanner & water pump pliers couldn’t cut it.
Without any hesitation, one of the techs (Jarrad) stepped up & got onto it.
It took a bit of persuasion & putting a torch to it to get it sorted.
Thanks mate great effort, going above & beyond to help me out.

OUTSTANDING! I was able to drop my car off before they opened, pay over the phone, and pick up after they had closed to suit my work hours. Not only did they let me know everything that needed fixing, they left my car sparkling clean with jellybeans in it. Where have you been all my car’s life. Brought my car in to diagnose the dreaded "check engine" light. Cleared the warning which was for catalytic converter issue, asked to monitor but it came back. Brought it in again to repair or replace it. I followed Kevin's advice to take it to an exhaust specialist to have it replaced. Engine light now cleared.
On both occasions, it was a free check. Corrine and Kevin were both very helpful and friendly. Thanks a million guys, I really appreciate it. Will be getting my car serviced there all the time now.:)
