We came in for a simple service and left with a broken clutch. The mechanic assures us that he did not touch anything and that a noise was already present before the car was serviced. Big liar. There was never any noise, we never had any problems with the clutch. We take care of our car. In addition, during the service they carried out a "clutch kit" without taking the care to disassemble the gearbox and clutch, but for this type of intervention it is necessary to do it. So we explained the situation to 2 other mechanics who confirmed that Auto Response is responsible for the breakage of our clutch. We're foreigners so it's easy to lie and take our money. That's exactly what Auto Response did. You are ashamed. We chose you because you had good reviews on Google but in the end you are shabby and unprofessional.

We recently moved from regional WA to Jane Brook and were in need to service our Hilux. Fortunately we found Auto Response.
Extremely happy with how they went about the service. Very polite and helpful mechanical staff worked on the vehicle.
Jake, our primary contact, thoroughly explained their processes and kept me informed through out the day. A considerable amount of work was required (all of which we knew at the time of booking) and Jake and his teamed worked diligently to ensure all done in the day.

Today I learned that these reviews are real and had one of the best customer experiences that I can recall.

My job was poor steering, noise and poor gearshift on a 2016 Ford Territory diesel. I'd just relocated from the Kimberley (drove down week before, 3,500kms).

Being from the Kimberley I was prepared for long waits and was mentally cooking my books for an impeding need to overdraw everything. There was no need for either.

Within hours of my booking (which was made for just one working day after my initial call) I had a diagnosis. Wheel bearing. Essential to fix but not the malignant growth I was braced for.

I was told I should have the vehicle back by Thursday, the day was Monday. Coming from an area of extreme geographic isolation, I found this to be more than reasonable.

On that very Monday afternoon I received a call. The vehicle was ready! One working day. That's all it took. The price? Indisputably affordable! My credit score has not taken a hit.

The drive back to my new suburban abode was so smooth, I decided to explore the suburb a little and wait for defects. None.

It will be a cold day in Hell before I consider anyone else for my mechanical needs. And you can take that to the bank, for it's worth its weight in the highest priced ore of the time.

Seriously though, thank you Jake, Lochy and team! Under promise and over deliver is the key to customer service, sales and repeat business. Keep doing what you're doing lads!
