Don't event think of going with these guys. It took them 7 weeks before they transported my car from Melbourne to Perth. When I called up to check for my car status. They keep telling lies every single time and the arrival date is a mystery. They don't have a schedule. I ended up of paying another $1,000 for the car hire while waiting for them. Don't trust them and stay away from them at all costs.

Car arrived damaged and took four weeks. Despite photo evidence the damage was not on the vehicle when it was collected by Automover, Automover deny any responsibility. A damage inspection report was not provided to me when collected nor was one left in the vehicle to check against when it was delivered. Anyone with authority remains nameless and would not respond to requests to discuss. I would not recommend this business or trust them with my vehicle again.

Due to COVID19 I had to wait a long time for my car to get to Perth from Melbourne. I sent regular emails for an update, and each one was responded to within the day. When my car arrived, I was contacted immediately, and they stayed open late so that I could get my car after work. Very happy with their service, especially the man who greeted me when I picked up my car, excellent customer service and very friendly. I have no complaints.

Guy was very efficient. Paperwork was checked and both vehicles were parked in the yard ready for transport to Melbourne when trucks are let through.

Was moving back home to Perth from Melbourne in July of this year and went through Auto Logistics as they were the cheapest i could find as transporting your car from Melbourne to Perth is very expensive.
I dropped my car to the Lot in Campelfield in Melbourne and arrived to an incredibly run down place with written off cars everywhere and a man wandering out the front cigarette in hand.
I went up to the man to state i was dropping my car to be transported to Perth and he had absolutely no idea what i was talking about, he frankly made me become stressed thinking id come to the wrong place.
I called the company and they stated that actually WAS the correct place.
The man then realized he was supposed to accept cars to be transported, i was so frustrated at this point i became very angry and probably rude but i've never been more uncomfortable in my life.
The gentleman was so unprofessional i cant even explain, he got me to sign nothing, he did no checks, he thought my car was going to Queensland and then almost wrote Queensland in a big marker on my grandparents car as he had no idea what the hell was going on let alone which car was mine.
I left my car there incredibly hesitantly and now almost a month later i have still not received it.
I have asked for a condition report for the past 2 weeks and still have not received it.
If i could give -50 stars i would, i could not tell you how much not to use Auto Mover and Auto Logistics for any kind of transportation.
Pay the extra $100 and get it done professionally.
I can't imagine the damage once i receive it.

Horrible customer service. Didn't stick to there terms and conditions, weren't willing to compensate and had car here much later then what we were told it would be here. DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

They're a bit of a hit and miss. I've had bad service and damaged vehicles on some occasions, other times it's been excellent service and a super quick turn around. They use different freight and contractors that deliver different outcomes. Roll the dice. But if you're after cheap, you're definitely come to the right place

I have used this company to transport my cars from eastern estates to Perth after shopping around on the internet and they are the best in the field.

Pretty good as you can put boxes up to 80kg in the car to bring it over but customer service is average as they dont tell you about delays

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES! DO NOT USE!

I paid for my car to be shipped to New South Wales.
Full check done on the car in the depot. Only damage is minor scratches to paint work. (Car is only 3 years old bought from brand new.)

Arrived in NSW - with my REAR NUMBER PLATE MISSING!

With further inspection - my rear windscreen was broken and replaced, without my knowledge!

Glass all over the inside of my vehicle!

They didn’t have the courtesy to inform me of the damage to my car!
The car was picked up and was still not informed of the damage!

Their reason for the damage- “wind blew the number plate off the car”!
Absolutely ridiculous!

They admitted the back window was smashed- after me emailing them about it!
They replaced it of their own back- but stating that their terms and conditions didn’t cover damage done by “airborne objects” they didn’t have to replace the window.but did anyway to protect my personal items in the car apparently (Which I paid extra money to allow my items to travel with the car)

Again- I wasn’t informed about anything damage and just expected to receive my car back damaged!

The situation that I have been put in now is- that I am unable to use my car - it has been deregistered by the department off transport because it is in a different state and my car now has to be put through a roadworthy check!

MY CAR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN WRITTEN OFF AND MY NUMBER PLATES ARE TO BE DESTROYED!

My car is now in NSW, with no registration or valid number plate on it, and can’t be driven on the road!

I have been told that I now have to obtain a temporary registration to drive it, to a garage to get it checked for roadworthiness, then re-register it and pay for new number plates in NSW!

I contacted the DOT help line this morning (in WA) to be then told if I bring the car back to WA I would then still have to obtain a temporary registration to drive it to a garage to get it checked for roadworthiness, then re-register it and pay for new number plates all over again in my home state!

ALL BECAUSE OF THE CARELESS, THOUGHTLESS ACTIONS OF THIS COMPANY!

And of course I didn’t get any compensation either!

This is an absolute disgrace!

I feel absolutely ripped off and the fact is, that this is now going to cost me a hell of a lot more money and inconvenience than it should have!

If I could give zero stars I would!

Had my ute shipped from Melbourne to Perth. Was on time and in the same condition when it arrived. Very good prices.

I booked them to move my classic soft top from Brisbane to Perth, and they were very professional, they looked after my car as it arrived safe and sound, thank you for a very good job at a very good price.

Quite unprofessional and unreliable when giving the quotes. You can't expect them to stick to one quote as they are likely to change it next day! Also worst customer service!
