24The New owner who has took over in March this year. Derek looked after me and fixed my car. Even though the fault wasn't his, but the previous owner. Dropped me of and delivered the car the following day all fixed at no charge with a friendly smile. Couldn't do enough for me. Fantastic service Thank you Dereck would highly recommend his services
Stopped in here on a whim after I hit a rock wall and ripped half my bumper off. Even though it was a busy Saturday morning the gentleman at the desk made time to help me and got his mechanic to put it on a hoist and they patched it up best they could. Best customer service I have received in a long time and would highly recommend their services. Thanks again for helping this silly gal out!

Had a breaklight issue. I took it in, didn't even need a booking, and in an hour they'd fixed it free of charge. Barely any waiting time on the phone either.
Pete and his team were great on time and very informative, not pushy to get you to spend more money and very reasonable pricing.
When I picked the car up it had been cleaned and smelt beautiful Thankyou so much Pete and Team I will be back

I went in for just a bulb replacement quote and instead was given the best service and had all my worries taken care of when the procedure was done in minutes at no major cost! Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone in the area looking for such a service or even for other services!
Awesome service from phone call to collection. Peter rang explained findings and costs. Was so impressed with the whole transaction even tyre shine on tyres and windscreen cleaned and vaccuumed. Well recommended

The manager was friendly and professional. The findings of the inspection were explained thoroughly and an accurate quote for the work provided. As a female customer, it made a refreshing change not to be spoken to in a condescending manner! Would highly recommend.
I had my rotors and break pads replaced ($520.00 - the most I have ever paid).
1 hour after collecting my vehicle while driving 80km per hour, one of the break pads fell off! I was stranded for two hours on the side of the road while the tow truck they organised continued to push my job back to complete other work.
Collected the vehicle and the same wheel sounds like it is about to fall off! Inside of my rim is completely scratched and damaged due to the rubbing from what I’m assuming is the rotor.
Customer service has been absolutely shocking with barely an apology for the danger or the time they have wasted of mine.
I am now unable to drive my vehicle and there is no sense of urgency to have this rectified.
Service seemed good, cleaned car and left tissues (all nice touches), but I don't like the presumption that it's okay to stick their automasters sticker on my window (zero other stickers on my car) and attach their own advertising key ring to my car keys, without asking.

Didn’t fix squeaky brakes and told me I needed a new battery when I didn’t?
Appreciated the efficient and courteous service from the start when I phoned the central line to get Whitfords number (very professional lady indeed) to the friendly and professional manager (? Peter) who booked my service (it was good having the options explained clearly re log book service vs.standard service). I did like receiving the SMS reminder of my service. Communication was excellent re pick-up and items needing attention clearly noted. Very happy.
Booked my car in for a general annual service. Quick and prompt service and the communication of the works required was easy and clear.
The staff member who assisted me was friendly, professional and helpful. My car was serviced beautifully and everything was clearly explained. I felt safe and comfortable with the process and am happy with the outcome.

The manager or the front service person should be ashamed went in yesterday had a flat battery across the road willing to pay for a new battery walked in no acknowledgement at all speaking to a mechanic regarding something ok not an issue.told him I had a flat battery he practically laughed and said well I can't do that now I have quotes to do probably take me 30min to an hour but not sure I'm.busy.thought about it but no il take my money elsewhere turned me off using this company in the future
