Excellent service from jason and his team took me car in with creaking noise was diagnosed as faulty engine mount replaced engine mount car is now fixed. Watch out! Single ladies taken advantage of? I had my car taken over the pits for re-registration - I thought $800 for specific repair was reasonable at the time. Later put it in for a regular service & without any discussion or notification to proceed with anything else it was going to cost me $1000 to collect. I was cooked like a done dinner! Then $60 to replace headlight globe worth only $4! I'm going to Consumer Affairs about this. Toyota Prado GXL

Re recent annual car service-very impressed-chauffeured me to and from home-vehicle blue Ford Escape 1EAN792-last year was excellent and have had trouble free motoring in past year. Well Done. 17/9/2021

Great team they have. I had my Mercedes booked in for front control arm replacements and they procured the arms from eastern states and fixed my car seamlessly and also fixed a water leak. Very professional and kept me updated at all times. Fair pricing and didn't try to find unnecessary faults just to make money. Very hardworking and honest team. Mark and especially Doug was great professional throughout the process. Very happy with the job done.

Great job servicing and maintaining my 4x4, picked up problems and reported and fixed everything I asked them to.

Got stranded a few days later due to and unrelated issue and they sent a tow truck and gave me a rental car free of charge.

Probably the most honest Auto masters outlet in WA! They didn't try to charge more or do unnecessary repairs to my car! Gave me honest advice on when what repairs needed to be done! They even vacuumed the car at the end of the service! Massive thanks to Mark, Doug and the Team! Definitely spreading the word about your store!

Chris was really friendly. I got the feeling he was really genuine. He showed me the damage to the lead what was causing the issue. He was really informative and I felt like I was getting a really honest and thorough assessment of my car. And they cleaned the car too! So impressed.

Good communication and honest pricing within a decent time frame is what we require and they haven’t let us down with either.

I wish the work done was more itemised as the job seemed a little pricey and only listed one thing on the job sheet, but work was well really well done and I will be back for the next service

Chris is a top bloke and an honest mechanic. Swapped out my wiper blades which were getting dry for fresh ones (not even part of the service) - being a major he did them for free. Well priced. Great service! Will bring the wife's car in next! Cheers
