Auto Masters Kelmscott

New management since Oct 23 are highway robbers.
I used to use them but with the new management never again, They phoned and tried to sell me $4300 for items that arose at general $250 service. Some crazy prices were $135 for wiper blades, they had tacken out my cabin and air filters then wanted to charge me extra $250 to replace them (super cheap sells the filters for combined total of $70) and the labour was already down by them taking them out. They wanted to put in a new coolant system because they were some coolant stains even though I told them that I had spilt the coolant the week before.and the list goes on. So glad my dad is a mechanic and sent him the quote a video. And they didn't fix my brake light bulb which was the only issue that I told the car needed done when I booked it in.

Fast and reliable service. Highly recommend. Don't just do servicing, but can do majour repairs also.

They fixed my 30 year old bucket of bolts in just a few hours. I didn’t even book it, they also found parts for it and only charged me the price they originally quoted.

Very poor customer service I buy this deal from Groupon 119$ and had to pay 130$ surcharge. I was happy to pay extra cost if they done their job good. I mentioned that rear door handle of my car need to fix but when I collect my car thay haven’t done that and gave me excuse that we have shortage of staff and give other workshops no. And they didn’t change the spark plugs of my car which is recommended by them. I will not recommend this workshop to others.

The guys at this store dropped what they was doing and walked over and assisted a elderly lady from the community get her car out of a awkward spot. She was and is forever thankful for your kind generosity in assisting her. Well done fellas

I had my car serviced and even though it had a small issue and got stuck, kelmscott had my car picked up as soon as they opened for the next business day and fixed everything better than it was. Awesome customer service. Also refused to charge me for the cost of moving my car or the repair. Will definitely come back. Thank you.

They are experts in the field of mechanicals perfect job on my car but very very very expensive I suppose you pay for quality onya auto masters

I was so nervous to go to any mechanic because I'm a single Mum I and I don't have a lot of funds but I used a Groupon voucher to get it servieced! The man who I spoke to handled my situation so warmly and professionally he mentioned about the oil fee in the voucher upfront. He called me when my car was ready to be picked up after the service, he mentioned a few of my globes were out and and a few other things with the prices, I asked him if he could fix what I could afford and he did. He went through everything with me when I picked up my car so caring and thoughtfully. I have the up most respect for this mechanics. I highly recommend!

The customer service in the shop was ok.but problem is that I bought a Groupon coupon for ＄79 for car service and ended up paying ＄185 all up.a compete rip off.there is a clause in coupon which says surcharge may apply.but never seen it before that surcharge is way more than the actual cost of the whole booking. I would say it is false advertisement even though they say call the store for more details. I bought the coupon just because it was low price otherwise you can get your car service in ＄185 from any other shop.

They were polite and done a good Job regassing my old van. Now my aircon is running icy Cold air in the boiling hot weather. I'd do business with them again and recommend anyone to them

I took my highly modified v8 to these guy for a simple oil change and wheel balance.first thing that was just unprofessional about the whole experience.
While waiting out the front for them to finish I hear the mechanic start my car and rev it heavily and unnecessary in the workshop.
After hearing this done for a second time can't say I was overly happy.
Upon receiving my car back was informed my transmission mounts and engine mounts were completely shot and needed replacing, along with mu battery. Not exactly a cheap job.
I've since taken my car back to my highly reputable performance mechanic and engine builder for a trusted look over.
As far as balancing my wheels, if they had any clue what they were doing they might have noticed the tyres were actually out of round and need replacing, the balance was not the problem.
As for the engine and transmission mounts, They Are Fine and most definitely not in need of replacing. Yep you guessed it, nothing wrong with the battery ether.

Automasters Kelmscott is a great place to get your car serviced. Been using them for decades and recommend them.

Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Did a great job on my car and were very honest. They told me upfront what I could be up for but luckily it was a quick fix. Fixed the problem promptly and called to let me know my car was ready. Very satisfied!

Took my car here for service and they told me drive belt needed replacing. Another mechanic looked at it and said it doesnt need replacing. Wont be going back
