Auto Masters Forrestfield

First time I've used a non-Hyundai service outfit for a logbook service. Now I know why.
1` Charged more than I was quoted (silly me, I accepted a verbal quote, so no recourse).
2 Exhaust noisy after service whilst it was absolutely silent before (I guess I'll have to re-tighten some nuts myself)
3 AutoMasters wanted me to agree to over $300 unnecessary extra items (age pensions don't cater to fanciful add-ons)

Had an excellent experience with these guys today. Wowwwww, what a difference since last time I went there over 12 months ago. Great work, fair pricing and above customer. Definitely will be going back for all things car related again. Definitely 5 stars service today.

Was just getting small service they quote a price and charge you different price not impressed. And my battery is no more than 12 months old they tried telling me need new one went to where I brought it from and it's 100% good won't be going back.

Ask for TROY he will 150% look after you! We saved over $2k worth of work needed on our vehicles. Real genuine guy and will only do the work thats required and nothing else.

My Husband has always taken my car to be serviced, however I had to find somewhere and this was close to my work so went there. This is the first time after a service I found that my car works so well and is a pleasure to drive now. While, I was only expecting to have the light checked, to my shock there were other mechanical issues that need urgent attention, which id been putting off.
Everything was done, that day.couldnt be happier.

Expensive for what you get. ~$285 to service 4WD. Old oil leaking (not cleaned up properly - degreaser must be expensive) and rear uni not greased (manager did offer for me to come back but bought a gun and did it myself). I travel remote and can't effort poor workmanship. Good effort but won't be back.

It was late in the afternoon and I had an issue with my car so I phoned up for some advice and they said to bring it straight in to be looked at. Within 10 mins they had the problem diagnosed and fixed. Great, old fashioned, customer service. Absolutely brilliant. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much)

The guys at auto masters go above and beyond, I went in for a general service knowing I may need to do more. They let me know what needed to be fixed, and what I could wait to do. Were very thorough and made me feel confident leaving my car with them. Very happy will see you at my next service!

I was well looked after and a top job was done. All the issues that I had with my car were corrected and I was also advised of other problems that I was not aware of and those too were taken care of. A job really well done as expected. Thanks.
