After going to 3 other companies and being turned away to solve an electrical issue on my car, Automasters were happy to listen and sort the problem in 5 minutes. Was a very positive and professional experience, and I would highly recommend them.

Mark has great customer service skills and was kindly able to squeeze me in. His team are very thorough, I went in to have my light globe switched over and his team had found an unrelated but serious issue that I would not have known was there until it was too late. Would highly recommend Auto Masters Cockburn.

Marks kindness and generosity left me absolutely speechless after I had the pleasure of having him help me out with my car issue. His beautiful and bubbly personality was so welcoming so thank you I appreciate the wonderful service.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience when my car was serviced last week.
The engine light came on on the way home after the service so I had to go back again. Battery put in my key the wrong way and it took over 15minutes for them to figure out why the car wouldn't start. There was finger marks and grease left all over my bonnet and my whole glove box was emptied all over the passenger floor. Not even placed nicely.
Shame as we have used this business for our 4 cars over many years.

Took my car in this afternoon. I had bought a new battery from supercheap but the storemen and i couldnt figure out how to do the install. It was a real tight squeeze under the bonnet.

Long story short, Automasters installed my new battery for free.

My wife went into auto masters today, as a bulb went in her car didn’t have a appointment and they fixed it straight away the second time they fitted her in with no appointment! Always accomodating and super friendly nothing is to much trouble. Will definitely bring our cars back to them in the future! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Very happy with my car service. Video provided to me and approval requested to go ahead with services required. I required car back at a certain time and received a phone call and text advising car was ready ahead of time. Pleasant and professional staff. Clean and tidy workshop that I could see and waiting area looked the same.

Ryan has been so helpful with all the cars I've taken in there for repairs. He explains everything that needs doing before hand and his after care service gives you that piece of mind. Will definitely recommend him and his team there, well done boys.

Super helpful and awesome service. First time there only needed low beam globe replaced was done straight away even though they were busy. Thank you for good old fashioned service!

RIP OFF MERCHANTS. I took car in to get the auto transmission looked at, the report came back stating they ran it through the diagnostic program and it came back with code errors but there were no code errors listed on the report so I could investigate and source a reconditioned one. I rang them up so they could send me the code error report and was told they would email it to me.still waiting. I am 100% certain that they never did the diagnostic test and charged me $140 for no action other than a useless report of NO value. Their quote was $7000 for a reconditioned transmission and $1000 to fit it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. DO NOT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL RIP OFF COWBOYS, their business value is to RIP people off instead of helping people and sourcing part to fix issues with the car at the lowest cost possible for the customers. They should change the name to AUTO COWBOYS.

Irritated by Belinda Lamont's comment in which she concluded "I think they were taken advantage of because of their age! " after these otherwise phenomenal mechanics and above all phenomenal people serviced her daughter's car I have to state the following:

My daughter's car was towed to them by the RAC after it stopped on the Leach highway. They received the car just before the end of working hours, checked it and called my 20-year-old daughter to pick it up because the car was in order. They DID NOT WANT to take money for this service. They also saved me a lot of money when I took my new car, which was under the factory warranty, for service before the expiration of the same warranty. The car was brought by my wife and since she left her phone number, they contacted her and said that the timing belt had long passed the deadline for replacement! 5 years a dealerships where I bought a car and who serviced it told me that the car has no timing belt but a chain. They recently diagnosed quickly and efficiently a problem with my nineteen-old son's his car and fixed without any problems. Since both the son's and daughter's cars are older, but with a small mileage and service history, every time they bring the car to the service, these people show them how much the service will cost according to the books.

Mark and his team are one of the last examples in this city of the old fashion way of dealing with customers, honest, fair and always ready to compromise as well as advice especially to younger customers.

My opinion is shared by several other people who live locally and whom I know and whose kids cars are maintained by these people. To write what Mrs. Belinda wrote is extremely incorrect according to my and my friends experience.

If I could I'll give Auto Masters Cockburn 6 stars.

I've used these guys for quite a few years now and I cannot recommend them enough. They explain everything to me, never push any extra work, and have quite often found simple fixes when I thought it would cost a lot. Good to find a mechanic I can trust.

So helpful and communicative.
At the drop of a hat they were able to get me back on the road in a day!

This review is a little over due. However staff and management here are extremely helpful and friendly in doing so. Don't drive buy these gentlemen without saying hi you may find yourself in a bog in doing so

Had my 2010 lancer service here and I have to say my car is running the best it has since I have brought it everything was check and he even fixed the little things much appreciated

Very pleased with the service, I knew my car needed a fair bit of work, Mark worked hard to get the parts (car is a Fiat 500) and to keep the cost down, car now drives like new……
